The medieval street below is bustling with restaurants and street markets; up on the fourth-floor the loft is calm and peaceful. The shaded balcony has views over the rooftops, and the turquoise river directly below. Built-in the 14th century it is full of creaky floorboards and character, as well as modern comforts, including fibre internet.

Located in Lathuile, this new single-story maisonette with all comforts for 4 people max is ideally located in a quiet area with its furnished terrace overlooking the mountains, 1.8 km from the beach, the bike path and shops in Doussard on a secure path (about 15 minutes walk), an ideal place to enjoy the activities of the lake and mountains, with family or friends. It will take you about 30 minutes by car, bus or boat to get to Annecy, close to the ski resorts.

Discover the contemporary refinement of this house in Verthier, 74! The large living room offers a comfortable space, while the two bedrooms and the mezzanine add a touch of elegance. The pretty fully fenced garden completes the package. Lake and bike trails are very close by. A free shuttle to Crest-Voland Cohenoz ski resort is 5 minutes away. The house produces its electricity from solar panels and is heated with locally produced wood pellets.

Close to the apartment are many hiking trails with more or less elevation gain. The apartment is located in a small condominium of three apartments, one of which we occupy.

Duplex between lake and mountains

Between lake and mountains, located 5 minutes by car from the lake (Duingt beach), our apartment is built in an old farm. It has a capacity of 5 people (maximum 6 with sofa bed). It is located at an altitude of 800 m in a typical village of the Bauges Nature Park. You'll find direct access for mountain hiking or snowshoeing from the house. It's a peaceful place in the middle of the mountains.
