Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Markos Vater empfangen. Ein sehr lieber und netter Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kotor) super zu erreichen (wenige Minuten). Für einen Kurztrip ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

Its a wonderful place and Brano is the perfect host. We loved it so much there. And cookie the dog and the cat are so cute. Two nights are too short! Thank you for everything Brano!

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

Jovica and his family's house has an amazing location and an amazing pleasure area. We made the right choice to stay here. It was a wonderful experience to be by the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean and very attentive. Jovica and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us a lot and made us feel at home. We had rented a car but it was great to have a meat and fish restaurant right behind the house and a restaurant with delicious shellfish just a short walk away! There is also a small market within walking distance of the house for basic needs. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the sea during the day, the stars at night and the beauty of Kotor Bay. We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

We were very happy with our choice of place! A great villa with a spacious enclosed property, a large pool, and a sauna. The big and beautiful living room on the ground floor was perfect. The ping-pong table and table football were a pleasant surprise. Ideal for a large group. A car is a must. Two great beaches – Ploče and Jaz – are just a few minutes away by car. The hosts are very friendly and always available. Alla and Denis, thank you – we’ll definitely be back!

Sehr schönes Häuschen in den Bergen. Nikola ist sehr gut zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Der Skutarisee ist ganz leicht am Horizont zu sehen.

Great apartment — exactly as described! Clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with shops and cafes nearby. The host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Marina's place was fab. Not only does she have excellent communication but also very responsive throughout the day. Our accomodation was tidy and filled with amenities; not to mention the added luxury of a swimming pool and a sauna! we hope to stay with her again :) Old town and Mogren Beach was also in a walkable distance, alongside Mega mall and grocery shops.

Apartment war wie angegeben, recht klein, aber schön eingerichtet. Kochen ist etwas kompliziert mit der Küchenzeile, aber wir waren dafür oft günstig bei Tiffany die Straße runter essen. Die Kommunikation war auch super und uns wurde sogar frisch gebackener Kuchen gebracht 🥰 Alles in allem, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis :)

Notre arrivée étant tardive, Delma nous a grandement aidés en nous transmettant les coordonnées d’un taxi pour assurer notre transfert depuis l’aéroport de Dubrovnik. De plus, nous avons pu prendre possession du logement dans la nuit, ce qui a été très appréciable. L’appartement était parfait, avec une terrasse superbe et un emplacement idéal, à proximité de la vieille ville. Nous recommandons vivement !"

Had a great stay at for 2 nights in Budva. Igor’s place is as described on the listing. Very clean easy check in and out and good communication with host. It is within a 10 minute walk into town but a very steep hill on the way back. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. The view from this apartment is breathtaking. It’s out of town enough to be quiet and not too hectic, but an easy stroll away, saving you from fighting through traffic and parking hassles as Kotor Main Street is very busy. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we need, plus lots of extra touches (coffee pods, toiletries, washing powder etc). The washer and dryer was such a blessing and the private parking space made for an stress-free arrival. Friendly and responsive host, great communication and helped straight away when we had an issue. Would highly recommend.

Nikola est très accueillant et sympathique. L’appartement est spacieux, agréable, bien décoré et très propre. Très bien équipé. L’emplacement permet de rayonner dans les villes alentour (12min de kotor). La maman de Nikola est adorable et nous a offert de délicieuses glaces maison. On recommande vivement

Parfait. Un peu loin de kotor à pied. Mais nous avions la voiture. Un peu tout terrain mais ensuite c’est parfait. L’appartement est top. Merci.

Great location and very comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything in old town. Room was lovely and cool (amazing aircon) and terrace had a beautiful view. We were allowed to check in early and Nikola was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would stay again!

Absolutely beautiful place and great hosts. The scent of Jasmine immediately as you enter the property is something I will always remember. Peaceful neighbourhood. The Studio had everything we needed and host was very kind and helpful. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. We enjoyed Budva and your home very much.

We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location

The house was in a really great location and had everything we needed. The bed linens and towels were very clean and smelled wonderful. In the evening, you can enjoy the balcony and during the day, you can even work at the bar on the balcony. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Igor & Boris, you are very kind hosts!
