Enjoy the quiet atmosphere of our former farm with a central location. The newly renovated apartment on the 2nd floor offers a great view with direct access to the hiking trail network. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper as well as the most important cooking utensils. In the private garden area you can soak up the sun and eat comfortably. In addition, there is a storage room, so bicycles can also be safely stored.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.

We are located close to (distance 800 m) the center of Neumarkt im Mühlkreis and are easily accessible by public transport (800 m uphill). We are particularly pleased that we are right on the horse railway hiking trail.
