Vacation rentals with a patio in Las Terrenas

My family and I really enjoyed it. It was an excellent place, just as described. I think that in the future when I return to Las Terrenas it will be my first choice. The beach was just a few minutes walk away, it wasn't that pretty, it was just very peaceful since it isn't commercially exploited like other beaches. However, there are other options, like Playa Galera, which is a bit close but a very nice experience, since it's my first time in the Dominican Republic. I will return soon.

Fui con mi esposo y nos encantó el alojamiento. Justo como en las fotos, todo limpio, organizado, cómodo, en general todo super bien. Buena ubicación, ya que está cerquita de todo y a la vez puedes descansar tranquilamente ya que el complejo es tranquilo. Muy amables, disponibles cada vez que se les contactó, accesibles para cualquier petición que tengas. Sin duda volvería ☺️

It’s a very beautiful accommodation, very clean and spacious. Good bathroom, good shower, super comfortable bed. The pool area is beautiful too. Camila was great and let us in early as we arrived early. The fridge stopped working while we were there and she had a new larger fridge delivered the next day, so appreciated as the weather was nice and sunny so we needed cold drinks. The patio is very large and overlooks the pool area and the street. There are great restaurants across the street, like Sparrows and Dos Gringos. Also very close to the main downtown area. We rented a scooter and drove to many beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our time and would go again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Recomiendo este alojamiento 100%, el host esta 24/7 atento a cualquier necesidad, el tiempo de respuesta siempre es al instante, el apartamento es muy higiénico y organizado y la ubicación es excelente, nos sentimos como en casa. Sin duda volveremos!

Mi familia y yo quedamos fascinados con el lugar, en especial mi niño de 5 años con el área de entrenamiento que tienen en el patio . Nos encantó todo muy bello y fascinante .

Pasamos unos días muy agradables, el alojamiento está en un condómino muy bonito y tranquilo, el apartamento es cómodo y bonito con vista a un lago, todo estaba muy limpio y a pesar de que la cocina era pequeña nos sirvió todo muy bien, alojamiento bien limpio y cuidado. Los propietarios fueron muy simpáticos y me ayudaron en todo lo que pregunte contestando muy rápido. Dentro del condominio hay un restaurante con piscina muy agradable a primera línea de la playa y la zona de playa espectacular.

Second time back at Cedric’s apartment, this time brought my folks with us. They loved it too. The location is fantastic- short walk to the beach and grocery stores, several restaurants, coffee shops, liquor store. But my favorite part is that it’s modern and SO well lit. This won’t be our last time! Thanks Cedric!

e had a wonderful weekend stay at the Palmas! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family of five. We felt very happy throughout our visit, and it was a great place to stay with kids. The surrounding area was beautiful and full of great options for dining and exploring. The on-site restaurants had delicious food and excellent service. The kids especially loved the pool — it was the perfect size and atmosphere for them to play and have fun. Our absolute favorite part of the trip was the beach. The water was pristine and calm — ideal for a relaxing family beach day. Having access to chairs, loungers, and an umbrella made everything even better. One of the highlights of the apartment itself was the terrace. It was the perfect spot for dinners and late-night conversations while listening to the sound of the waves. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, great amenities, and beach getaway!

Excelente lugar. Cómodo, limpio y atentos a cada detalle, la playa cercana es hermosa y esperar el atardecer en ella lo fue todo. La anfitriona fue súper atenta con mi familia. Sin duda volveremos.

Perla is a delightful host! She clearly communicated directions to the house and info about the electricity deposit. The space was pristine and peaceful at night - construction next door during the day wasn’t really a bother since we were out early. The hot water in the downstairs shower ran out quickly and it was a little too cool at night to use the Picuzzi but otherwise a magical place to stay at the start of our DR trip. Would recommend having a car to get to and from.

Beautiful home me and my family enjoyed it

We had an amazing time at casa madera! Not only was Jennifer extremely responsive to our questions and requests, Dora, the housekeeper, was absolutely an angel. The food she prepared left us feeling like home. We had a 3 year old and I am very pregnant and it was the perfect combination of a serene place for me to rest while the 3 year old wasn’t short of places to run and play (the pool, walkable beach, kid friendly excursions, a kayak, places to walk and ground) 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! I hope to visit again in the future.

Me encantó en todo sentido, me sentía como en casa, casi ni salimos de la casa porque proporciona todo el bienestar para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, espaciosa, cómoda, con un paisajismo espectacular, piscina climatizada. Mi hospedaje favorito de los que he visitado hasta ahora en las terrenas. Quisiera volver tantas veces como sea posible. El anfitrión muy amable y con excelente comunicación. Mil gracias

Excelente lugar para pasarla en familia, excelente piscina, recomendado volvería 100%. Me encantaron las aves 🐦 y el patio ideal para desconectarte de la ciudad pero igual sigue cerca de todo; playa 🏝️ y lugares de diversión.

Amazing!!! The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful. The area is very beautiful and the local people are extremely nice. I absolutely love the area and I cannot wait to come back. The hosts helped us with EVERYTHING. Found us a driver, great meals, cleaners, helped with excursions, helped us translate, found us a chef, and got us transportation to and from the airport. I could not have asked for a better trip or better hosts. Everything I needed, they accommodated it. The Airbnb itself is absolutely gorgeous and the backyard area was breathtaking. The beach was walking distance and very clean and friendly. We will be coming back!!!

Ya me había quedado en este residencial pero no en este apto y fue un cambio extraordinario. Rosio está siempre atenta y el apto tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de las terrenas. Coincide totalmente con la descripción y todas las comodidades. Recomendado al 100% , esperamos volver pronto!

It was a really nice place the apartment is was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay definitely I will recommend if you want to visit the area you we be close by to all the good restaurants from the area the beach will just going out of the complex!

We've had a wonderful stay at Fabien's apartment. The description, instructions, comunication were top. The apartment Is a real jewel: perfectly furnitured, equipped with all necessary tools, devices, amenities to male you feel home and not to think about anything apart from relaxing at the great beach in front. We were welcomed with a chest of local fruit - super appreciated and the kitchen had everything able to satisfy even a professionale cook (from spices, the, coffee, olive oil, aceto balsamico, ice cubes in the freezer). The linens, towels were super clean and the bathrooms were equipped with creams, balsms, sun protection, sun lotion etc. wonderful and caring host. highly reccomended!

Todo estuvo súper bien. El host fue muy amable y siempre atento. La ubicación es buenísima y todo estaba muy limpio. Lo único es que hay bastantes mosquitos porque hay muchas plantas alrededor, así que lleven su repelente. Fuera de eso, todo top.

5 stars – A Dream Stay in Las Terrenas! We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Coson Tree Tops Penthouse in Las Terrenas, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely perfect—tucked away in a serene spot, yet just minutes from the beach and all the local attractions. The penthouse itself is stunning. Beautifully designed, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views from the terrace were just breathtaking. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish, making the whole experience seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the Samana area. We’re already dreaming about our next stay!

Beautiful beach front apartment and A wonderful host who gave lots of information on the property and What to do in the area. Recommend without reservations , hope you enjoy as much as I do .
