Vacation rentals with a patio in Samaná Province

The place is very nice, the view is excellent and the pool is a real plan. My family had a really good time.

Perfect stay! My experience was simply wonderful! The place is beautiful, with a spectacular view that invites you to rest and disconnect. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained, with a very peaceful atmosphere that you can enjoy from the first moment. The kitchen is fully stocked, ideal for those who enjoy cooking even while traveling. It definitely exceeded my expectations. I recommend it 100% and would love to come back!

Great location and comfortable place.

Perla is a delightful host! She clearly communicated directions to the house and info about the electricity deposit. The space was pristine and peaceful at night - construction next door during the day wasn’t really a bother since we were out early. The hot water in the downstairs shower ran out quickly and it was a little too cool at night to use the Picuzzi but otherwise a magical place to stay at the start of our DR trip. Would recommend having a car to get to and from.

The place was amazing. The view was incredible and the layout of the house is very unique. You feel immersed in nature while also being extremely comfortable. The kitchen was insanely well equipped. The sound system was perfect. The caretakers of the house live at the bottom and were very helpful and available, but at the same time we still felt privacy was maintained. It’s a short drive from incredible beaches like Rincon. It rained a lot while we were there and we still had an amazing time. So close to nature and somehow not a single mosquito! Other bugs around but not bothersome. Had some issues with the AC and they were swiftly solved by the host. Honestly nothing beats waking up to that view or relaxing in one of the hammocks while overlooking samana bay. 10/10 would come back.

Dealing with Ronny at this property was absolutely wonderful. He was very responsive with any questions we had. This is my 6th time to Las Terrenas & I have to say both the property & Ronny are amazing. I highly recommend his services to anyone planning a trip there.

amazing location to find peace. the house complex is immersed into the jungle. there is a cool waterfall within 30 minutes walk. the place is reachable only with a 4x4 truck as you need to cross two small rivers. during our stay, unfortunately it rained a lot and the river was uncrossable. the host was extremely kind to let us stay one extra night free of charge and helped us out in bringing us any supplies we might need.

Amazing and beautiful place. More beautiful than pictures. Very spacious and nice surroundings. The location is very pleasant for people that are looking to breathe and enjoy peaceful. The view is spectacular. Virginia is a great host, very friendly and responsive. I’ll definitely be back.

Cesar’s place was absolutely amazing. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered complete privacy, which made the stay incredibly relaxing. The location was peaceful and quiet, with an unbeatable view of the Atlantic Ocean—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or sunset. The entire home was stunning, both inside and out. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and scenic getaway.

It's a place worth it for its price and location, it has a great view of the watchtower and the bridge. The apartment is very comfortable and pleasant.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Punta Playa Popy in Las Terrenas! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and a quick walk to tons of great restaurants, cafes, shops, and activities. Everything you could want is less than 5 minutes away! The property itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool area that’s perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The beach nearby is breathtaking, and the vibe of the whole area is peaceful yet full of life. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were modern, clean, and brand new, we truly felt at home and it was dream come true vacation! The hosts are outstanding: welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips that made our trip even better. If you're thinking of coming to Las Terrenas, this is the place to stay. It’s central, lovely, and full of charm. Can’t wait to return—we highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway in Samaná! It was great! We were looking to stay at a resort, but then changed our minds. So happy we did! This place is home away from home. The housekeeper, Ana and her husband, are amazing. She's a great cook and always very attentive to our needs. The private pool was very clean. Everything looked so beautiful. The hosts think of every little deatil. Definitely coming back again!
