Waterfront vacation rentals in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

The accommodation is very nice and well located directly by the sea. However, those who have problems sleeping with the sound of the sea may not be optimally accommodated here. And I liked it. Unfortunately, at the beginning of our stay, slope stabilization measures were carried out on the rock face 100m away, which were extremely loud. But no one can do anything about it... Those aiming for a beach vacation with good weather from the morning should settle in the south of the island, as it is rather cloudy in the north until noon. From Galdar to Maspalomas or Mogan, it's still 1h45 on the road. We'd still come back. Thanks for the good time.

My husband and I stayed 10th to 25th March 2024 in this apartment and it was lovely decorated and very spacious with all the essential items needed for self-catering. Location was central to numerous restaurants and coffee shops and large supermarket right across the road. Just to note anyone who is infirm or has walking difficulties. Should be aware that there is a narrow steep staircase leading up to the apartment. Our Host Enrique was very pleasant and helpful, he gave some places of interest to visit and other useful information. On the negative side the apartment was located right next to a main road Junction thus lots of traffic noise. horns etc. The most annoying thing was the view from bedrooms and bathroom windows. This view overlooked a landfill site. It was two walled areas full of old rubbish, but most disturbing thing was inside this area was a hut which houses homeless vagrants. Who during the night would shout and fight with each other every night, they also used to sit

We had a great stay. Marcos in particular was really wonderful and helpful at check in. Nice apartment, great terrace and views. And very clean.

So close to the sea that if you sleep with the window open you can hear the waves :) Perfect location, impeccable cleanliness, great communication 100% recommended for a few days on the island!

Everything was great. The location perfect! The amenities very thoughtful. We have never had such a loving and well equipped apartment. Everything new and very clean, great amenities for the baby. Everything very well maintained. The view speaks volumes... we will certainly be back! 😊

Alberto’s place was fantastic. Right by the beach with amazing views, clean and convenient with lots to do within walking distance. We had a great stay!

A really enjoyable stay. The location is excellent and the beautiful beach and promenade are on the doorstep. Equally, there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and local shopping places all within easy reach. Fernando was a most excellent host and he also provided great ideas for things to do. We particularly liked that he arranged for an airport transfer to/from the apartment for small and very reasonable fee. Not sure if he will be doing this in the future, but we would highly recommend he does because it's a great touch. The apartment itself was spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures. The balcony is a wonderful feature and allowed us the privacy we were looking for. Fernando remained on hand throughout our stay and responded quickly to a few queries that we had. Overall, we would highly recommend this apartment and the hosts. An excellent experience!

Everything was perfect, the accommodation, the cleanliness, the secluded place for a complete rejuvenation, the Spanish tortilla on arrival was delicious. The host was friendly. I would recommend this Airbnb 😊

A phenomenal view makes the house so special. The interior has met our taste well. The sea drowns out the existing road. One thing she doesn't mind, the other. However, the house is not quiet, but the sea comes to the house. This house has been chosen for this. A small car is recommended for the parking space. The nearby natural pools can be reached on foot. All other destinations quickly by car.

I had a wonderful stay at Sol’s place! She was incredibly responsible and responsive. The space was super clean, just like in the photos, and exactly as described. Getting in was easy, thanks to her clear and detailed instructions. Overall, Sol made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend staying here!

we have just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday at Nicolas property. we were extremely happy on arrival, instructions were clear and easy to follow. everything was as described & in the photos. Nicolas checked in with us by txt to make sure all was well & if we needed anything. the property is in a quiet peaceful location but within walking distance to nearby beach & restaurants. would definitely recommend and will possibly return ourselves in the future. A great house in a great location. Quiet neighborhood with some barking dogs from time to time. This didn't bother us much and we really like peace and quiet. At night it was mouse quiet. Really everything you could think of was present. Kitchen completely furnished. Sparkling clean and very cozily furnished house. You immediately feel at home. We loved beds, good night's sleep. The outdoor space is mega large and beautiful with a lovely jacuzzi. In mid-March you could find a place in the sun from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you prefer to sit in the shade, you can do so during the day. There are several seats and chairs. You don't have a view from the yard as it is walled high. The advantage is that you are very private. A car is highly recommendable. We always had a parking space at the house. The host is a sweet woman who was already waiting for us and showed us everything in the house. We thought it was so nice that we booked again for November and March 2026.

This house really was a little paradise, no kidding🥹 I think the best airbnb of our life. The position in gran canaria is unique, up on a beautiful and not crowded beach, so relaxing. You have everything you need in the kitchen, very near pharmacy and market, parking, and is possible to reach maspalomas in some minutes by car. The little balcony and patio on the sea are perfect to relax, showering, read, yoga.. hope to come back asap and thanks virginia for the kindness and support in everything!

We had a great week’s stay at Ana’s Airbnb. It was exactly as described and had everything you could need and more, from beach chairs to sandwich makers. It was incredibly well equipped. Ana was very helpful and responsive, and left some nice recommendations including local restaurants. The location next to the beach was fantastic too. However, it should be noted that it is very noisy at night even for deep sleepers, so do take that into account. The doors to the balcony have single glazing and it faces a noisy street, partially due to the location next to the beach (lots of people around at night even in March) and partially because of the garbage bins (including glass) outside which are used by nearby restaurant staff even at 1am. The hallway of the building is also very noisy and you can hear anyone on the stairs/elevator as well as the neighbours. Overall, the Airbnb is immaculate and provides everything you need, but do keep that in mind if you don’t want noise.

We had a wonderful holiday on the property. The apartment is nicely furnished and you really have everything you need. The complex and the view were beautiful and mostly really very quiet. It all matched the images. Communication was super uncomplicated and very nice and helpful. We always found a good parking space.

Everything has been spotless. Communication with Alicia, the stay. Everything has been as expected. A modern apartment, with everything you need to be comfortable. The area is very quiet, you can easily find a place to park the car nearby. The community's facilities are impeccable, with direct access to the beach. Nothing to complain about. We'll be back for sure!

A gorgeous flat on the beach, with everything you need including a wide view ope. of the sun rise over the sea, and a homely feel. Highly recommend tho do note second bedroom is bunk beds....all beds were extremely comfy in all rooms. If you like a relatively quiet, authentic Canarian area. This is perfect x

The apartment and the entire complex are very nice and well maintained. We felt completely comfortable right after arrival. The location was quiet and yet you can reach the bus stop or taxi in a few minutes. There is a large pool as well as direct beach access. Upon our arrival, chilled drinks and snacks were ready for us. The communication in advance and also during the stay was straightforward and Monica responded quickly to my messages. We can only recommend the place and would come back anytime.

Jesus' home is in a great neighborhood. The proximity to the beach, great places to relax within walking distance, make it ideal for travel. The house had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchen equipment, dishes to beach towels. I recommend this place and will be happy if there is an opportunity to use it again.
