Right on the beach. This unique penthouse is on the top floor of an apartment building facing Las Canteras beach. It has a very large terrace (70 sq meters) facing the 3 km beach and the ocean. A panoramic view with amazing sights and sunsets while centrally located. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés, shops, parcs and museums in the neighborhood and a city to discover. The appartement is listed for two adults only, not suitable for children. You will love it.
