Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria - Cuenca del Guiniguada

My husband and I stayed 10th to 25th March 2024 in this apartment and it was lovely decorated and very spacious with all the essential items needed for self-catering. Location was central to numerous restaurants and coffee shops and large supermarket right across the road. Just to note anyone who is infirm or has walking difficulties. Should be aware that there is a narrow steep staircase leading up to the apartment. Our Host Enrique was very pleasant and helpful, he gave some places of interest to visit and other useful information. On the negative side the apartment was located right next to a main road Junction thus lots of traffic noise. horns etc. The most annoying thing was the view from bedrooms and bathroom windows. This view overlooked a landfill site. It was two walled areas full of old rubbish, but most disturbing thing was inside this area was a hut which houses homeless vagrants. Who during the night would shout and fight with each other every night, they also used to sit

perfect accommodation next to everything and close to the quarry beach. Gregorio is super friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out times according to our schedules. I recommend it 100%, everything is super tidy and clean.

The apartment was nice and clean and on a perfect location just by the beach.

The place was really very nice and exactly as described. The kitchen was really well equipped and all utensils of very good quality. Our highlight was the large roof terrace, as well as the elevator that led directly into the living room. Ignazio was an extremely good host who responded quickly and was very helpful. We can recommend the apartment without reservation.

What a great location and beautiful apartment. The private roof terrace is the icing on the cake. Really delicious. In the middle of the old town district Vegueta but still super quiet. Hosts are very friendly and alert. Compliments👏👏👏

The terrace is very spacious and still a cosy place (when the weather is good, which was rarely the case during my stay). The location is very good with buses going everywhere and in walking distance to shopping district and 10min to Canteras beach. Nieves is a great host, discreet but always available. She left me a fully equipped fridge... a real bed AND breakfast! for an entire week. I recommend

Was a beautiful stay for the 3 of us! jadwiga’s place was safe and fun for our young daughter. The addition of the toys and beach stuff was great! The location was great with having the beach and promenade so close. Everything was walkable and taxis were very easy to get if we needed to go further. I would recommend anyone to stay at Jadwiga’s place as the sea view is enough on its own and waking up to that view was incredible every morning. I was impressed with the cleanliness and facilities. We hope to stay again in the future

Marga was very responsive. The apartment couldn’t be any neater. All the necessities are there and is as described. You can find supermarkets and restaurants just at walking distance. We recommend to eat at Restaurant Antequera for their lovely pinchos. Everything on the island can be reached within or just over an hour by car (which was very pleasant for us). We also enjoyed the roof terrace and the balconies when the sun was out. At the apartment, you can park your car just across the street. Not in the garage, but through a gate to an open field. Here you will pay 1€ for the whole day&night.

We had a very nice stay at David's house. The house is quite rustic, with a beautiful garden within the mountaneous area of Gran Canaria.

We loved the apartment and its terrace well suited for apero! It is modern and superb and well thought out. A Spar for shopping is 2 minutes away with lovely staff. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

This house is perfect for a beautiful vacation in Gran Canaria. Three huge bedrooms, two smaller bedrooms , two living rooms, huge kitchen, large terrace with beautiful plants, garage. The house was very very clean ‼️‼️‼️ Carlos is a fantastic host, he helps us with everything and we got good tips for our vacation there. We'll ride 800 km on this beautiful island, Maluma concert, carnival, lots of attractions in the area. If you have a large family or group of friends, this is a perfect place to explore Gran Canaria The area is very quiet, you can quickly reach many attractions. Carlos, I hope we can visit you again. We had a very pleasant stay with Flo & Manuela. The check-in and check-out times were flexible, which was a great advantage. The accommodation was very clean, and it was even cleaned halfway through our holiday. Flo was always available and very friendly. In short: we had a wonderful holiday with Flo & Manuela (and would surely recommend!)

We absolutely loved our stay at the house. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by nature, peace, and the unique charm of this hidden gem. The house itself is beautifully maintained, rustic in all the right ways, comfortable, clean and thoughtfully decorated. A big shoutout to the owners, who were incredibly welcoming and kind. They made sure we had everything we needed and offered great tips about the area. We would absolutely stay here again! ☺️

Beautiful place, a little far from the beach, the apartment is very convenient, it has everything you need to rest and travel with the family, the only issue is the parking, which is complicated

Staying at Ana’s place felt like how Airbnb was when it first started. A beautiful place and an amazing host. Ana made sure we felt so welcome and provided so many good local recommendations. Location was ideal, especially if you want to be easily connected to the buses (that can get you to most of the island). Will definitely stay again on my next visit to Gran Canaria.

We had a wonderful holiday on the property. The apartment is nicely furnished and you really have everything you need. The complex and the view were beautiful and mostly really very quiet. It all matched the images. Communication was super uncomplicated and very nice and helpful. We always found a good parking space.

Everything has been spotless. Communication with Alicia, the stay. Everything has been as expected. A modern apartment, with everything you need to be comfortable. The area is very quiet, you can easily find a place to park the car nearby. The community's facilities are impeccable, with direct access to the beach. Nothing to complain about. We'll be back for sure!

A gorgeous flat on the beach, with everything you need including a wide view ope. of the sun rise over the sea, and a homely feel. Highly recommend tho do note second bedroom is bunk beds....all beds were extremely comfy in all rooms. If you like a relatively quiet, authentic Canarian area. This is perfect x

The apartment and the entire complex are very nice and well maintained. We felt completely comfortable right after arrival. The location was quiet and yet you can reach the bus stop or taxi in a few minutes. There is a large pool as well as direct beach access. Upon our arrival, chilled drinks and snacks were ready for us. The communication in advance and also during the stay was straightforward and Monica responded quickly to my messages. We can only recommend the place and would come back anytime.

Our stay at Bjorn & John's was impeccable. A very welcoming host. The apartment is well-equipped and clean. Within walking distance. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful house, beautiful location overlooking the water, great access to different places, great local resources , great walking . This is where to stay if you want a peaceful and relaxing vacation yet also want to see places. You can stay back in the house or go to anywhere that is busy within a 20 minutes ride. Great access to transportation resources. Julia will really make you feel at home. She has everything you can think of that you need during a holiday. She thinks of everything.
