Ideally located on the Gavot plateau to enjoy the joys of cycling, walks, hikes, trails on marked trails. Geneva is 1 hour by car, Chamonix is 1 hour 40 minutes. Lake Geneva beaches 15 min away

This building, now a private residence, is linked to several highlights of 20th century history. It was at the Hôtel du Parc that the negotiations for the resolution of the Algerian conflict took place and which led, on March 18, 1962, to the signing of the Evian Accords.
