Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette). The studette

15 m2 studette (Height: 2m15) independent, on the ground floor of our house. Located between city and countryside, it consists of a bathroom, kitchenette area and a 140 bed. A small table is available outside. Parking in the house yard or street street No pets or parties please. Warning: our living rooms are located just above the studio. So you may hear some noise during your stay!

House located in a small locality "Le Coudert bas" surrounded by a hectare of land. Free from any sound or visual disturbance.
