The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Famous Old Town is just 10 minutes bus ride. Great for enjoy in tranquility, walks along the coast, exploring number of beaches close to apartment. Ideal for people who do not mind the stairs. Although, whole Dubrovnik is hilly and, more or less, about the stairs. Free parking: 1-2 km far from the apartment.

We recently moved from this lovely space to a family house and now we've refurbished the place and we're renting it again. We updated our old Airbnb page, hence the reviews 7 years old :) Located at center of Lapad quarter, 5 min from Sunset Beach and other beaches. Spacious living room/bedroom, both with A/C. Comfortable bed. Fast WIFI. Terrace. OLD TOWN 12 MIN BY BUS. Bus stop at 2 mins. Promenade full of cafes/restaurants 1min away. Supermarket just accross the street.

Udoban apartman smješten u lijepom i mirnom okruženju poluotoka Dubrovnika Lapad.Apartman ima terasu i udaljen je 150 metara od mora i na minutu je udaljen od šetnice Uvala Lapad!Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. U blizini je mnogih restorana, plaža, kafića i trgovina te je na 5 minuta udaljenosti od autobusne stanice za Stari grad.
