Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

Independent 22 m² studio, air-conditioned, with a kitchen equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, oven/microwave, and everything you need to cook! There is a TV and Wi-Fi. It has a garden without opposite, composed of a wooden terrace for eating, a barbecue with all the necessities, 2 deckchairs, and a bicycle rack. Shops are nearby and local markets are not lacking. The outbuilding has its garden, trees all in a quiet and peaceful area. It's a fisherman's hut, all wooden, reflecting the authenticity and spirit of the bay. The comfort is modern and perfect for spending pleasant moments.
