Perfect apartment for 1 family with 2 children or 3 adults We really felt at home, everything was there. Beautiful visually independent terrace with the hot tub. We had a great time at Jean Luc's. The accommodation was impeccable, functional, decorated, easy to access, perfect bedding, the kitchen, equipped +++, in the center of Andernos but quiet at night. Jean Luc's welcome is more than perfect, lots of good "tips", available if needed, in short, only positive things to say. There were 5 of us and we were comfortable. We all want to go back.

Great stay in the Boyton Cabin. We took advantage of Patrick's advice and his pleasant company. He will also be happy to tell you the family history of this place. The Cabin is very comfortable for two, very clean and particularly well located: close to all amenities and especially 50 m from the beach.

Nice house, consistent with the description and photos, modern and very bright. Sunny terrace with garden furniture. The enclosed courtyard for parking is a real plus

Quiet, secure, tastefully decorated accommodation. Just a little wifi connection problem, you had to go out on the terrace to get the connection. Other than that everything was perfect, I recommend it.

Very well located apartment (on the beach and close to the city center by bike), well arranged and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the balcony which is nice (and perfectly oriented to enjoy the sunset). Parking space and bikes are very appreciable. Our host was very responsive and we were welcomed by his parents who were lovely and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Julien was very responsive, very present, while being discreet. very pleasant apartment, magnificent view of the Bassin d 'Arcachon. a few minutes walk from all amenities as well as the pier from where the boats leave for Cap Ferret/Île aux oiseaux etc... secure private parking, well appreciated. we loved everything about our stay! thank you Julien it was perfect :)

Hyper-functional apartment with stunning views of the Arcachon basin. Nicolas was very welcoming, available, with lots of information on places to see around the basin and lots of humor. I recommend this apartment to those who want to enjoy the Arcachon basin.

We felt very comfortable there overall. Location, neighborhood, nice amenities - everything as described. Above all, the garden is much smaller than it appears in the photos. The kitchen equipment lacked a teapot and a coaster, which were quickly provided, as well as a second dish towel (we were there for a whole week for four). The bikes are very simple and quite small. Right for small explorations in the village, but not for further distances. The times in the description - just behind the keyword bicycles - refer to the car, not to cycling. We misunderstood.
