Monthly Rentals in Lansing Township

I stayed at Suellen's place while my son was competing in Odyssey of the Mind at MSU and her place was just what I was looking for. The opportunity to chat with her during my comings and goings was an added bonus. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, and private place to stay with a friendly host, I highly recommend booking with her.

Our month-long stay in this unit was a great experience for us! Deborah was excellent at responding to any questions we had before and during our stay. She also went above and beyond in helping us get set up for working remotely while we were there. The unit looks just like the photos. It was very clean, the kitchen well stocked, and the furniture was comfortable. We loved having access to the laundry room just a flight down. No issues with noisy neighbors and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Grocery shopping, Target and several restaurant options are just a short drive away. We look forward to staying in one of Deborah’s units again on our next trip to Lansing!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. I stayed there for five comfortable weeks. It's conveniently located near MSU and Lansing Downtown. I especially appreciated the thoughtful decor, which clearly shows the heart and soul Krystin and her husband have put into it. The kitchen is spotless and fully equipped with everything you might need. And yes, the bed is VERY comfortable. Communication with Kristin is always helpful. Highly recommended for a stay in Lansing.

I can't say enough about how great a host William is and I'm confident he will be for everyone who selects his property. It proved to be centrally located and had a close proximity to grocery stores, convenience stores, and other necessary services. One day I had to call 9-1-1 for an ambulance and they arrived within 2 minutes. Everyone's grass, including William's were well maintained and the corner apartment we were in was very quiet. There's a church next door and they weren't noisy or interfering at all. I would definitely rent from him again. The best part is that it's on ground level and super easy to park, unload and get into the apartment.
