Located in a family-friendly area, my home is a true neighborhood experience. The historic Westside neighborhood is safely walkable, making it easy to enjoy a stroll. This charming upstairs apartment has a kitchen, one bedroom, and a pull-out couch in the living room to provide access for 4 to sleep. The renovated property has air conditioning unit to put a chill in the air if needed. There is a full bath, with access to shared laundry room two doors down. The unit has a tv with Youtube TV and access to other streaming channels if you use your own log-ins. We also have internet access so you can work or play. There is parking in the rear.

Cute basement apartment; walk to MSU & Frandor

Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
