Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Sheets and towels are provided, cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June, we offer a meal basket for 2 people (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire farmer, homemade bread, cottage cheese/seasonal fruit verrine, bottle of wine) for €38.

Gîte de la place du château

Charming Auvergne house in the heart of the medieval city of Salers. Restored with exposed stones and beams, this pretty house consists of three levels, a kitchen on the ground floor, a floor with office, bedroom with two single beds, sleeping area with a double bed (isolated from other guests by a separation), bathroom and a modern basement with a bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a laundry room. Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Our farm is located in a small isolated village ideally located on the hiking trails (From village to dam, Chamina..) as well as close (10 km) to Bort-les-Orgues, its aqua-recreational center and its beach 5 km. We are also at the crossroads between three departments, Corrèze, Cantal and Puy de Dôme, so you will have the choice for your tourist and sports excursions (canoeing, skiing, cycling)
