The house is located on a hillside overlooking the lush garden. In the house there is 1 double bed, small table with chairs, TV, fridge, coffee maker & toilet with sink, but no shower. Shower and washing machine are available in the main house in the basement with private entrance if desired. Baby cot if needed. Bed linens, towels & cleaning included.

We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

The house offers 200 square meters of living space, spread across four floors, and includes a spacious rooftop terrace with a 360° panoramic view and a large hot tub.

Charming house (separate house with own entrance) with ocean view in the beatiful area, Saltsjö-Duvnäs, only 20 minutes from the Stockholm City centre with the local bus. The guesthouse has a romantic setting and decorated in country style. One bedroom with double bed and kitchen with an extra bed. Dinnertable with room for 4 persons. Downstairs is a bathroom. Suitable for a small family with 1-2 kids. We have 2 kayaks to lend for free and it is possible to rent a small motor boat.

Suitable for 2 students, for example. There are lakes, sea and hiking trails nearby. The nearest grocery store is a 5-minute walk away and other shops with liquor stores are 2 km away. The house has parking and outdoor furniture. Electricity, WiFi, water & heating are included in the price.

Warmly welcome to our cozy apartment in a quiet area close to Stockholm. Walking distance is both lake and sea, nice nature, a good restaurant (The Old Smokehouse) and a grocery store. Good communications to Stockholm. The bus stop is at the end of the street and it takes 20–30 minutes to get to and from Slussen. We are a Swedish-French family who also speaks german and english. On request it is also possible to order breakfast and to rent a bike.
