Newly built cottage on our plot, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. Sleeps 6, full kitchen and bathrooms. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping center, restaurants and large Ica store are located. 4 km to Öland Bridge. Three miles to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring shower towels and own linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee of 800kr!

We live about 4 km from Bjärbybadet a nice and popular sandy beach. There are also many other beaches in the near. Welcome to Öland! One double bed and two rooms with single beds. Here it is fresh and bright with new furniture and interior. It is close to the sea and nature. Also to nice swimming areas, nature and bird sanctuaries. Between this home and the sea, it is a walk of 30-40 min and 3 km. Perfect to walk, cycle or jog to. Here it is a perfect place to explore Öland from. It is located in the middle of Öland Warm welcome here.

The house is located on a former farm in central Öland with Karum's nature reserve as a neighbor. Nice sandy beaches within bicycle distance. If you want to come here for work in peace, that's fine. We have good and reliable internet. If you have an electric car, you can charge it with our own electricity for 4.5 SEK/kwh.

The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.
