A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

The apartment is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts and consists of an anteroom, a large bedroom and a small bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine and a kitchen-living room with full equipment. All rooms are separately accessible from the anteroom. From the kitchen-living room, you can go directly to a 21 m² wooden terrace in the front yard. In front of the house is a free parking space, Wi-Fi everywhere, garden view.

We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. The house is located in the northern Waldviertel on the Czech border, nestled in a beautiful landscape. All-day sun exposure and pure nature offer the possibility to let go. The area offers countless paths for walking and cycling. Very close by, in the village of Karlstift, there is a ski lift and a beautiful natural swimming lake.
