Lovely and spacious country house in the picturesque fishing village of Grebbestad on the west coast of Sweden. Sea view, two large terassases & a large lawn for recreation and play. Close to the sea (400 m) with jetty and small beach. Beautiful surroundings. 5 min by car to the village (25 min walk) with several nice restaurants. Newly built top cottage near lakes ( fishing license) and swimming and nice forest trails in a peaceful environment, bike mountain bike Single but still very close ( about 2 km) Bäckefors community which is a tie point for buses. Large playground, outdoor gym football/volly ball/boule plan Elljus track, gas station with inn, consumption store pizzeria , hairdresser etc. Large Parabolic many channels, foreign including German free channels
