The house is located at the top of Hovenäset with a fantastic view over the sea, large balcony with sun from early morning to late afternoon and a glazed patio for the evening or protection from the sun. Many lovely hiking trails in the area. Fantastically nice surroundings and nature. Sotenäs Golf Course and several restaurants in the nearby area.

The apartment is in a quiet area with only a few minutes' walk to the nearest swimming and restaurants, as well as the Zita boat that in the summer takes you over to Smögenbryggan and/or the Hållöexpressen that takes you to the west coast's finest swimming. All seasons have their charm ~ Fresh winds and a calm pace in autumn and winter.

Walking distance to swimming, gym with indoor pool, cafe, pizzeria, boat and kayak rentals, electric light trails, etc. A half-hour walk or a short bike ride to Smögen and Kungshamn. A women's and a men's bicycle are available to borrow.
