The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

We would like to welcome you to our cozy apartment in the countryside in the village of Pleißa. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly reach sightseeing cities such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. There is a nice playground for the smaller children just around the corner. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

This charming apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a lovingly restored, listed building and offers a unique ambience. Everything is housed in a spacious space, only the bathroom is demarcated. The open-plan living, sleeping, cooking and dining area is flooded with lots of natural light from morning to evening thanks to the high ceilings and large wooden windows. Overall, a bright, friendly atmosphere awaits you that invites you to feel good.

The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Spend a quiet time in the attractive small town of Frohburg. All facilities for everyday needs can be reached in a maximum of 5 minutes on foot. A fully furnished apartment is offered for your own use. In the immediate vicinity, a nature reserve invites you to take long walks or bike rides. There are also several castles and castles nearby, a recreational area and several lakes.
