The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has two comfortable bedrooms, a bright living room and an open, fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

The Schleswig-Holstein Wadden Sea National Park with its UNESCO World Heritage Site and unique landscape begins in the immediate vicinity of the modern beach house-style accommodation in Mildstedt (built in 2022), a pleasant town in North Frisia. The district town of Husum with its idyllic harbour is in the immediate vicinity.

In the landmarked house right in the center is the stylish little apartment "Der Beamte." The official lives in a living/bedroom with double bed, dining table, desk & TV on the first floor. In the back, he lingers in the courtyard, which invites you to barbecue and linger in gray-colored weather. The official likes it a little stuffy, sits at the desk from 8-9 am & writes postcards, then drops the pen & likes to try the culinary delights in the immediate vicinity.

The old settlement structure of this Warft is well preserved and is considered a gem with its 14 houses in original development. In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful North Strander beach Fuhlehörn - is the North Beach Nixenhaus with two apartments. Ideally suited for two people is this small upper apartment. The bed is in a niche that can be closed by a curtain. From the window you can look at the dyke. A small note for our very large guests: The ceiling height here is 2.07 meters. This apartment is located above the Nordstrandnixe ashore.

The apartment was renovated in 2023 and has been newly and stylishly furnished in the process. It now offers enough space for up to 4 guests looking for a break between the beautiful North Sea coast or Baltic Sea coast. The apartment is located on the first floor. A car is necessary.

The estate is located between Niebüll and Risum-Lindholm. Forget your worries and enjoy the tranquility in the middle of fields. Enjoy the light North Frisian breeze on the terrace with a cup of coffee. Take a bike ride on the dike to Dagebüll (13 km) and from there to Föhr or Amrum. The way to Sylt or Denmark is also not far... Should the North Frisian weather show its dark side, the fireplace with its cozy warmth is ready.
