The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Do you need a warm place for yourself? Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish vinted space. This studio/tiny house is indoors in our farmhouse. From the balcony, you have a view of the river Maas. You live on our property with the animals and in the summer with a few more guests who stay in caravans. It's quiet here but not silent. So you really hear a car, the flushing of our toilet or the lawnmower of the neighbors. People from the city find it quiet here!

Welcome to Sint-Oedenrode, a beautiful village, full of beautiful hiking and cycling areas! And you're right in the middle of it. Only a 5-minute walk from the cozy city center and about a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch, you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.
