Das authentische ehemalige Bauernhäuschen liegt direkt am Brenz-Radweg, dem prämierten Albschäfer Wanderweg sowie an der Bahnlinie Ulm-Aalen.

On the first floor, you will find a bright, elegant living-dining area, a cozy large corner sofa, the fully equipped built-in kitchen and a guest toilet. On the upper floor there is a large wellness bathroom .You relax in the cozy bedroom with a great box spring bed (180 cm). Another room with a sofa bed (140 cm) / a futon bed 140 cm and a small writing/makeup table is right next to it.

Two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed for two adults, and the second bedroom with comfy futons for 1-2 additional guests (ideal for children). Public transportation across the street, or if you'd rather, walk to the city in 15-20 minutes. Street parking is located behind the property.

<3 Old belly arms with modern comfort <3 Built in 1877 and renovated in 2019, the holiday cottages in the Swabian Kirchheim under Teck/DE. Make yourself at home in our cozy cottage! The special thing about this newly renovated accommodation is the combination of the charming wooden beams and the modern furnishings. It is very easy to reach (whether train, bus or car) and is close to the city. You can park for free in the immediate vicinity.

Nice little house

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.

Cozy "suite" under the roof

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
