The location is perfect - apart from the ski and toboggan run, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center with cafes and restaurants (100 m) are also easily accessible. Large property, almost 5000 sqm, with lots of trees, plants and even a small creek on a side of the property, while another side is on a well marked forest trail. We gave special thought to ensuring your privacy and we have practically no neighbours, although still in a small village, close to the Harz National Park The cabin-house is made of wood, for a true nature feeling. We have all the modern amenities though and we even produce most of the used electricity through solar panels, on site.

STANMA‘s Alpinpartment läd dich zum entspannen mit freiem Blick auf die Rodelwiese ein. Dazu sorgt die private Infrarot Sauna (wird beim Check in pro Aufenthalt mit 30 € berechnet) in der Wohnung für Wellness feeling nach langen Wanderungen. Die Wohnung befindet sich ruhig in Randlage von Braunlage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Zentrum sind jedoch in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Heißluft Fritteuse und Spülmaschine ist perfekt zum kochen für 2 Personen.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Our apartment has about 70 m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.

Experience living in a sustainable sea container developed in Northern Germany. On 23 sqm you can fully enjoy a beautiful interior, cozy furnishings and minimalist decor. We personally selected all this with a lot of love! :-) The special thing? Except for the steel jacket, almost the entire wall structure consists of renewable raw materials, such as wood, jute and hemp. The visible clay plaster creates a unique look and pleasant room climate.

Ski lifts, bike parks and summer toboggan run are about 35 minutes away by car.
