Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

New Cottage in absolute 1st row and own beach at musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom as well as a large kitchen/living room with alcove. From the living room there is access to a nice big loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. The area is located in Geopark The South Funen Archipelago (UNESCO Global) On the 1st floor there are sea views and the most beautiful sunsets. A perfect house for a romantic getaway for 2 or a cozy family holiday, where relaxation and community are most important. Lovely hotel Bed linen/towels can be rented 100 DKK/person. Panoramic sea view is the key word for this beautiful wooden cottage. The living room is facing west and the beautiful, red sunset can be enjoyed by the large windows or by the terrace. The house is only 100 meters from the beach. On the large area of the beach the grass grows wild, but there is, however, established a soccer field with 2 goals. The house includes 2 bedrooms; one with bunk beds, the other with two box mattresses (max 4 persons). There are good fishing and hiking opportunities.

Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests.
