The coziest summerhouse a few meters from the sea

Holiday home for rent We have decided to rent out our lovely summerhouse located on Grasten on the island of Thurø, which has a fixed connection to Svendborg. 200 meters from the summerhouse is the tourist ferry Helge to, and with it you can sail all the way to Svendborg city. The house is 74 m2 and consists of kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom, hallway, bedroom, children's room and repos with sofa bed. Large south facing wooden terrace with garden table/chairs and barbecue. The house is located right next to Svendborgsund. Yes in fact it is only 10 meters down to your own beach and its own bathing jetty, from where you can take a nice dip, catch crabs, collect rocks and hit out, build sand castles, only the imagination sets limits. After various beach activities, a shower can be enjoyed under the house's outdoor shower, which has both cold and hot water. The view is absolutely phenomenal with a view to Langeland, Tåsinge (Valdemarslot). On the sea there is always life of sailing ships and boats, as our house is located right at the entrance to Svendborg. In addition, many birds, guinea pigs and seals are seen. Everywhere there is green and peaceful, no noise from cars, only bird whistle to break the silence. There are large woods a walk away. If you are a fishing interest, flatfish, trout etc. can be caught from the jetty. We have two kayaks and two children's kayaks that are welcome to borrow. Life jackets for children and adults are also available. We also have a lovely wooden Finnish sauna, built from real fins there ourselves train wood and oven from Finland. Enjoy a deep in the sea and then experience the warmth of the lovely sauna. There is room for 1 family a max 4 people. You must bring your own linen, towels, dishcloths, tea towels, etc. We don't have a TV, but plenty of board games 😉 Wifi is available. Facilities: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hot plate, electric kettle, fridge + freezer, nespresso machine, toaster. The house is heated with electric heating, in addition to wood pellet stove. Price is exclusive of electricity consumption. Electricity meter is checked upon arrival and departure and is paid via mobile pay to no. 60619449 or put in cash. It needs to be cleaned/all emptied and then a cleaning company will be cleaned.

There is a few minutes walk to the water with a swimming bridge (not in the winter period). Fine beaches in the area, good shopping, and eateries in Fåborg. Approximately 30 to Svendborg. Area with peace and quiet. Cleaning can be purchased. Electricity and water are settled with the landlord before departure. Infrared sauna for extra wellness

Walking distance to the beach and free access to the water park

Our holiday home is located in connection with the holiday center Lalandia in Rødby. Including the rent is access to the tropical water park, with indoor and no pools, hot tub, sauna, and water slides (If open) The holiday home has one bedroom with a double bed and a loft with 2 mattresses. There is also a baby bed and high chair in the house. There is a full kitchen, so you can cook in the holiday home. After an activity-filled day, you can relax in front of the TV or with the brought Ipad, which can be connected to the house WiFi

Cozy apartment with sea view in Lohals

Small cozy apartment in Lohals. If you need to relax with your better half or a good friend in beautiful surroundings with fantastic views of the water, 150 m to the nearest swimming area and close to the beach and forest, then this beautiful gem is a good choice. There are restaurants with delicious food, Brugsen and the bakery are within walking distance and there are many sights nearby. In the summer months, there is music at the harbor every weekend + flea market every Tuesday. Incl. towels and bed linen

Welcome to a very sweet totally new renovated flat in this 200 year old romantic farmhouse. The flat also has a it's own big terrasse with morning sun, and view over a garden. A sauna is right outside the flat. The whole surroundings are very peaceful and surrounded by nature. The flat is a open flat , with a room divider between two double beds. One of the double beds can be separated into two. This flat is therefore mostly perfect for a couple, or a family.
