We rent out our cozy, charming and newly renovated cottage, which is located in a quiet area overlooking Flensborg Fjord. Do you need to get away from everyday life, love to relax or be active? Then the house is just the thing. The home is located by the beach and Gendarmstien. It has a large kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and large garden with sunny terrace. It is only a few kilometers to the town of Broager with shopping. Price excludes electricity consumption: DKK 5.00 per kWh.

Malerisch im Dorf Hodderup in Angeln gelegen, wo die Landschaft sanft gewellt & durch grüne Knicks & verstreute Gehöfte unterteilt ist. Die Ostsee ist 7 km entfernt. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Baden und Radfahren ein. Ausflugsziele in der Nähe sind u.a.: Hansestädte Flensburg und Schleswig, Schloß Glücksburg und Dänemark.

The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

Langballig is a small village with about 1400 inhabitants on the Flensburg Fjord. Everything you need for daily life can be found within walking distance of 5-10 minutes (including supermarket, pharmacy, ATMs, bakery, tourist information).

From the harbor, a ferry goes to Denmark in the season. 10 km to Glücksburg and 20 km to Flensburg. The house is situated in a cozy residential holiday area. Terrace with grill, seating and sun loungers are available, and there is an outdoor sauna in the garden, which is available free of charge. Linens and towels are included in the price.
