This house is new and has all the necessary amenities. The terrace is lovely too. Host note is super friendly and very welcoming and responsive. The games in the house were much appreciated. I highly recommend this rental and plan to rent for longer vacations because access to the wild beach is close.

Great place to stay when cycling the Velodyssee. It is right on the route and is very comfortable. The place is well renovated and has all the necessary amenities. The hosts are very friendly and respond swiftly to messages.

We had a great time, the house is perfect for spending time with family. The garden is large and enjoyable. The bedding is great, the kitchen has everything you need. The added bonus: the trampoline!

Thank you Bruno and Sandrine for your hospitality and recommendations throughout the stay. The house is really perfect. By its distribution, location, parking. Its beautiful garden and terrace. The sea and shops are just a stone's throw away and the neighborhood is very quiet.

We spent 4 absolutely perfect days and 3 nights in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. The apartment is ideally located with an amazing view of the sea, even more beautiful than in the photos! Everything is perfectly thought out in the accommodation: clean, well-equipped, comfortable — nothing missing. It's a real cocoon, very relaxing. We'll be happy to go back. For a mother-daughter reunion, we couldn't have found better! The apartment has a magnificent view and is very well located; the large beach is at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very functional. As for Aurore and Angélique, thank you for your warm welcome and responsiveness.

Quiet neighborhood with convenient local shops. A big plus the garage. Accommodation a few steps from the embankment that leads us to the beaches as well as to other shops and the city center, not to mention the Ile Penotte district. Not to mention a very friendly and available host. Delighted with our stay.

The location is perfect, especially for avid beach goers! The town is also incredibly walkable from the location. The apartment was spacious and very welcoming!

The apartment is in a great location, it is only 100m to the beach. Next to the house, the dunes start right away and it's nice and quiet. From the loggia, you can see the sea. Around the corner is a fish and seafood shop, so you can stock up right there and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The private parking is a nice bonus. Within walking distance there is only one restaurant and no direct shopping, apart from the Firschmarkt, but that did not bother us.

Excellent stay in this studio, it has everything you need, it's super clean, Line is very friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were valuable, the location is ideal, and I was able to find everything I needed within walking distance. Perfect for recharging and slowing down! One thing that could be improved: the mattress, for sensitive backs. Would definitely stay again.

Accommodation rented for a weekend for the Ironman of the Sands. Accommodation conveniently located near the Place du Vendée Globe where the bike park is located. 15 min walk to downtown/swimming start. The apartment was very clean, the bedding comfortable etc... Close to the railway line but few passages = not annoying at all... A closed garage in the basement very convenient (only small vehicle). Finally, Irene is very kind and accommodating for check-in and checkout times.

Excellent stay with very good directions to get there. Parking space is very convenient. The apartment is nice to live in with a great view. We recommend!

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The place is peaceful and pleasant, right next to restaurants and the sea where we were able to enjoy ourselves. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a great stay. Even in high heat outside, the accommodation remains cool and we did not need air conditioning. We strongly recommend!
