ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! What a beautiful home and fully equipped with everything to have enjoyed our stay and time with family. We loved how clean the backyard and pool area was. The house was extremely clean and neat. The bedrooms had super comfortable beds and the linen was fresh and clean. Bathrooms had extras of everything so we wouldn't run out of necessary items. The kitchen was fully equipped with all sorts of gadgets we needed for cooking. Everyone that we communicated with from Emperor Rentals were super quick to respond and were willing to work with our inquiries. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and pleasant experience. We would most definitely come back again.

I loved my stay @ Erik’s place. It was exactly as described. Clean & well equipped. Great pool. I had a family member stop in during my stay with a toddler & conveniently there was a high chair..a touch I was impressed with since I didn’t book with children.I visit Tampa often and this was thus far my best stay. Thank you Erik for being a very attentive & courtesy host.

Overall, we had a fantastic 7-night stay! We’re a family of four, including two kids, and everything about our experience was excellent. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and responsive, making check-in and any requests smooth and hassle-free. One unexpected highlight was the super-fast internet speed, which made it easy to stream, work remotely, and keep the kids entertained with their devices. It really helped everything run smoothly for our family. We’d happily recommend this place to other families and would definitely return for another visit!

This place was an absolute wonderful location and had great accommodations for our entire family. We had a family reunion and there was plenty of space for everyone and no one felt cramped. The boys all loved the pool. The boys loved watching the lizards and trying to catch them. The house was more than comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for a family stay. It has a wonderful location that you can be anywhere from Tarpon Springs, Pasadena, Largo, Clearwater, Wesley Chapel, or Tampa in a very short time. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Dean was the perfect host and the house was clean and comfortable. The pool area was so enjoyable for my family and friends and the couch was so comfy and the perfect place to wind down. The open kitchen made it easy to cook and talk to those in the living room so we never felt left out of the conversation. Would highly recommend staying.

Great Space, Great Aesthetic, Great Vibe. Inside the House: 10/10 Pool Area need some love, but other than that I was able to find everything my family needed to feel like we travel with our own house. Pots, Pans, Coffee, Vinegar, Boardgames, Shampoo, Smart TVs, Hangers, Serving Plates, Cooking Oil, and Everything else you have back at home was in-stock and available at this place. I had my kids and their significant others with us for a total of 5. Could have easily slept 4-5 more. Fun spacious place.

We had to wait 7 weeks to move into our new home and spent the 1st 3 weeks in a run down, old, dirty AirBNB. This place was like a breath of fresh air. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Our kids enjoyed fishing every day and we had several smores in the fire pit. House is old and quirky, but it added to the charm of the place.

This was an amazing find, and so grateful we found it since we were in a pinch finding a new Airbnb in Tampa after our previous one had issues. everything was well kept and beautiful! extremely close to the lagoon and still not a far drive from our family in New Tampa. new construction and quiet, calm neighborhood! I highly recommend this place!

This was a perfect little spot for our getaway to see Metallica over the weekend. We also made a beach and aquarium trip that were 30min or less in distance. but what made it worth while is our dog was able to join us. He even made a friend at the local dog park!

Eric's house was great. We enjoyed our stay there very much. He was very accommodating when we needed to cut our trip short. Would be happy to stay at his house again. Recommended!

Stayed here for about a month and half while our new home was being built. Perfect for a small family with pets. Host is amazing with communication and flexibility

Teresa was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. She was friendly and left us snacks and drinks. Everything you need is in the home. No complaints whatsoever.

Enjoyed the farm house look and feels. Beautiful atmosphere and comfortable beds/ coaches. The family room was the best! As my family and I watched a movie and enjoyed the rooms atmosphere. The home overall was very well decorated. The rooms were clean and very comfortable to be in. Restaurants were very close and accessible. 10/10 for myself and family.

Great place to stay especially with kids. House had plenty of space for the family. The kitchen had all the basics for cooking. There was also plenty of towels, linen and other basic needs. Community pool and park is directly across the street. The neighborhood is relatively new so it looks and feels pretty modern it’s also nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Toni was very responsive and had great communication throughout our stay. The house was exactly as described in the pictures. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I really appreciated how easy it was to get in touch with him. Would definitely stay again!

Nice stay and plenty of space for everyone. Nice neighborhood that is close to a great Publix. Host great with communication and we would return again to this home. Pictures do good job of showing house and the only small thing was that the pictures show extras like coffee for Keurig and laundry detergent that are not included.

Booked at the last moment a lil mini vacation with my grandson, had a great Experience. Having the heated pool was a bonus. Recommend for family or friends.

I am a local Tampa resident and needed extra space for my family who came to visit my daughter and I for her 6th birthday. This place was the perfect oasis. My whole family fell in love with Angie’s house. Would deff stay again ! Thank you Angie !

I had some issues getting in with the key pad for some time, so had to reach out to the host to get instructions on how to enter. I was able to get in contact and find alternative measures to get in as the key pad wasn’t working. Everything worked well in the end, and it was a pleasant experience. My kids loved the pool, and wanted to leave Busch Gardens just to go back to the pool. Definitely recommend.

This Airbnb was one of the most lovely ones my family and I have ever stayed in. Beds were comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from. Plenty of towels. Everything you would have in your own home was provided, including lamps in each room, throw blankets, and tissues! My family had just stayed in a house in a different city in which there were no tissues and one lamp in the whole house and all the overhead lighting was the headache-inducing bright daylight LED bulbs! We enjoyed sitting on the deck each day looking out over the lake in this quiet neighborhood. Response time was very quick.
