This apartment is located on a pedestrian street, in the heart of the lively and typical district of Plainpalais, close to the HUG and the University. Many restaurants and shops are located nearby. It is very well served by public transport (tram lines 12, 15, 17, 18, bus 1) but also very central, allowing you to walk to the Old Town or to the lake. The apartment is bright, on the 7th floor and facing south, with beautiful views of the city and the Salève.

Calm spacious renovated unit, garden and parking

My unit is a large suite (40 sqm) attached to our house, but independent. You will receive a set of keys and come and go as you wish. Our place is located in a quiet residencial area close to beautiful Carouge and its market. The city center is easily accessible by bus and tramway. See Getting around section for more information. The bus stop is 2' walking distance, aprox 150m.

Lots of charm in this old townhouse (1820), in the old hamlet of Arare, in the municipality of Plan-les-Ouates, which overlooks a quiet alley. Vintage terracotta tiles on the ground floor and vintage wooden staircase that creaks a little... Very well located. Close to shops and public transport as well as the industrial area of Plan-les-Ouates. Easy access to the highway.
