The apartment was exceptionally clean and homely. The location in Geneva is very good and the building quiet and secure. Ruby was always responsive, left clear instructions and kindly allowed a later check out. I enjoyed staying in this apartment for a week and was happy that I chose this instead of a hotel. The only misunderstanding on my part was that based on the listing I thought that breakfast would be included, but Ruby clarified this is only the case when you book a room and not the entire apartment. Fortunately, the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals.

Very nice cozy peaceful apartment overlooking the park side with a beautiful view of the lake in the shade for very hot days, much appreciated. Everything is done for a pleasant stay, the air conditioning is a real plus. Quality amenities (kitchen, bathroom) and very comfortable beds. superb location, steps from the old town without being in it. layout is a little awkward, with one bedroom having to be passed through in order to get to the other. watch you head as you move from the living room to the bedroom area!

Nice little house with a beautiful view of the lake. The place is quiet and relaxing. The decor is minimalist, a little cold. The whole place is clean, you just have to sweep the dust off the ground floor a little when you settle in. My husband, 22-year-old son and I had a lovely 4-day relaxing stay. Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends in Dominique's home and we are more than delighted! The accommodation is really great, the location is really ideal and there are enough parking spots. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

we spent the weekend of the ascension under the sun facing Mont Blanc, the chalet is in a very quiet area with a splendid view. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality of this accommodation. We'll be happy to come back.

Very enjoyable short stay. I liked the air conditioning in the hot weather, it was cool in the bedrooms even in the mezzanine. The two beaches below the village are very uncrowded and the peaceful calm of the village is a short bike ride from Switzerland.

Our stay in Evian was heaven. Conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, close to the ferry, funicular, bus, and tourist information. I can't think of a better location! What a lovely apartment in a vibrant and walkable area of Geneva! The apartment is on the top floor with a view of Lake Geneva on one side and a view of the neighborhood on the other. The apartment is beautifully appointed and quiets down around 10 or 11 pm at night, with a bit of pleasant street noise until then. There are lots of restaurants and cafés, and it's one block from an enormous and beautiful park. We enjoyed taking coffee at Chou, just one block over. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again when we're back in Geneva.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Thomas is a welcoming and responsive host, who provided us with all the information we needed to fully enjoy our stay. The location is ideal: bike path just behind, hiking trails nearby, and shops easily accessible. The view is beautiful, the apartment is cozy and well-equipped. Access to the private beach and pontoon is a real plus! We leave delighted, with very beautiful memories.
