We'll be happy to host you in our fully renovated studio, completed in 2022. Located 200 m from the beach, 50 m from shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, restaurants...). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has sea views including the Île des Ébihens and Cap Fréhel. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Ideally located close to Dinard (9 km), St Malo (15 km) and Mont St Michel (50 km), Lancieux is a small seaside resort. The house is 900 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the center and its shops, all within walking distance. On the ground floor, the living room and upstairs, 2 bedrooms each equipped with an air conditioning system and a private shower room (toilet, sink and shower).

L'Islet - Lovely studio 2 steps from the sea

Julien's apartment is located in the center of Lancieux, very close to shops (including one of the best bakery in the area). Convenient, the beach is a few minutes away. Very bright, it overlooks an 18th century tower. Well arranged and clean, it is comfortable and convenient. Julien prepared everything and his clear directions allowed a smooth and pleasant check-in and checkout.

A narrow pathway is framed by weathered stone walls, leading to a white picket gate. Lush greenery and blooming flowers are visible beyond the gate, creating a welcoming entrance to the property.

Bonjour Very good stay of several weeks. Very nice and well furnished rental. We'll be happy to rent again as needed. The awning not working an umbrella would be very useful, as would more pots, bowl and a few airtight boxes (when you stay a long time you do more cooking). Thanks to Louis

excellent location, right in the center and no noise. Easy outdoor parking. Very pleasant welcome, clear instructions and communication. A small welcome gift, bed linen, kitchen and toilet. Dog accepted, flowery and pleasant garden.

The kitchen features a spacious island with seating and a modern range hood above. An array of appliances, including an oven and coffee maker, are visible. Large windows provide natural light and a view of the outdoor terrace, where additional seating is present.
