It is situated in a quiet area with with a pub and restaurants at the end of the road. Close by there is also a grocer and a patisserie that make fresh croissants and can give you coffee. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

This beautiful and bright apartment of 50 m² is located in the heart of Dinard, in front of the casino with direct access to the beach of L'écluse. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. It is perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay: household appliances, kitchen utensils, dishes; washing machine with dryer, a hair dryer, and Wifi. Cleaning costs are included in the price and include all household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels).
