We'll be happy to host you in our fully renovated studio, completed in 2022. Located 200 m from the beach, 50 m from shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, restaurants...). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has sea views including the Île des Ébihens and Cap Fréhel. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

Comfortable house, two bedrooms upstairs, including one open to the stairs (a little steep) and passage in this one to access the second bedroom. No toilet upstairs. Open kitchen, bathroom with bathtub/shower and LL, separate toilet 600 m2 enclosed and wooded garden. South-facing, at the end of a cul-de-sac, peace and quiet assured. Linens are not provided. Cleaning is to be done on your own.

Small townhouse with no outside area, about 40 square meters on 3 levels, located between the village of Saint-Lunaire and the town of Dinard, 100 meters from several very beautiful beaches and a magnificent hiking trail... (the Sentier des Douaniers)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.
