Our self-catering flat is in arguably the most charming and interesting part of the city - right next to Lancaster Castle - in a quiet residential neighbourhood, but take a couple of minutes’ walk and you’re at the heart of town. We welcome people looking for a peaceful, quiet stay in this historic area. IMPORTANT - the nature of our property, and the limits of our insurance, mean, regretfully, we are unable accommodate children below nine years, nor accept pets. Strictly NON-SMOKERS only.

Private parking allows you to explore The Lakes by day with the bonus of great restaurants, cafes and shops on your doorstep. With SKY TV, Netflix, board games & books you can kick back after a days exploring. If there is no availability I co-host The Rooftop Retreat which can also be booked together for larger groups.

We are close to the coast and the location is perfect for walkers, being tucked away on the Lancashire coastal way footpath. Onsite is our own brewery Farm Yard Brew Co which has street food every weekend and live music occasionally more information on their website

The Mount - Kendal

The Mount is a newly refurbished stylish apartment that is part of No 10 Mount Pleasant, a former private girls finishing school. Mount Pleasant and The Mount building is over 200 years old. Situated in Kendal town centre (there's a two minute walk down the hill into town) the Mount is surrounded by local greens and parkland and to the west of the building boasts a beautiful golf course, fell and woodland for keen walkers. Within 100 meters there is a welcoming traditional drinking pub.

Bay View is a lovely 2 double bedroom first floor apartment with fabulous sea views and stunning sunsets, having a corner position it has the sun all afternoon.The apartment is furnished to a high standard and also well equipped, there is wi fi to all rooms. Just a short walk to Princes cres where you will find shops, cafes, pubs. Directly facing the apartment is Morecambe's promenade where you can walk for miles taking in the ever changing views

First floor accommodation, quiet residential area

It's 3 miles to Blackpool town centre with a great bus service and shops a two minute walk away. I live downstairs and guests occupy the first floor, set up as an apartment with their own access. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.

Relax and enjoy this high specification loft suite fitted out with a Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom. Peace and privacy are assured as this loft is situated in its own self contained building with a separate entrance and parking for up to 4 cars. The space is well equipped and has a super comfortable king size bed. Its the ideal space for good nights rest when travelling or a romantic getaway.

Quiet, self-contained flat with parking

Set in a quiet, leafy residential area, my place is 10-15 minutes walking distance to a large selection of restaurants and dining, shops and the beach. The tram stop for Blackpool/Fleetwood is 5 minutes walk. It's good for couples, singles, and business travellers. This first floor flat has its own private entrance. It is separated from the rest of the house by a locked door.
