Vacation rentals with a kayak in Lancaster County

Suzi and Luci’s Place was absolutely beautiful. For a home that often takes pets, it was top tier clean. They were more than accommodating on check-in time since we were traveling from east end of Long Island, it was about a 4 1/2 hour drive. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean, they had the AC and some lights on for us when we got there as well which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay very short. Paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. Suzi and Luci were very understanding when we messaged late at night that we had to leave due to family emergency. The view of the falls was gorgeous. Be prepared for some noise from the road at night as it backs up straight to it, but the hostesses offer ear plugs which was super nice! The shower is a bit small so beware if you are a larger person. Overall a great stay, great communication, super clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and fully enjoy the home! Thank you again for a great stay :)

This was the perfect place for our family when we were in the area for an family event. I only wish we could have stayed longer to have more time at the house and in the beautiful surroundings of the yard, neighboring park, and Lancaster, in general.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The location is incredible in regards to its close proximity to DW, the outlets, and even Cherry Crest Farm. We felt very safe and my girls felt at home with the adorable children’s toys/books to play with. Our beds were comfy and the bathroom and kitchen were spotless. We had a small issue with the AC not working but Janelle & her husband resolved it with a portable unit the next day. We would come back in the fall.

Place was as described. Great Lakefront location! Me and my family enjoyed our stay!

Anne and Chris are both incredible hosts! We have stayed at Cambridge Meadows two years in a row now, and have had an incredible experience both times. It’s close enough to so many restaurants and activities, but the bnb is also nice enough to be able to stay in and hang out there, so there’s a good balance of both!

Wow!! This is an amazing place to stay when visiting Lancaster area. The house is amazing with so many authentic aspects to it. The furnishings are perfect for the 1861 house and fun to look at and reminisce. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit but everything was there to do so. The backyard is wonderful! We loved the swing by the waterfall and the wrap around decks. The house is very pet friendly. Each floor has a doggie basket with all kinds of items you may need. Suzi and Luci are great people as we got to meet both of them. They go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. They were also very understanding and concerned when our fur child decided to cause some problems. The location is perfect for the Sight and Sound Theater as well as Amish communities. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again when in the area.

I've stayed at a lot of Airbnb's. This was one of my favorites. Not only because the property is gorgeous. That's obvious. But because the host is one of the nicest hosts I've ever met. Don't hesitate to stay here!

The rating scales are not high enough to describe how wonderful the property is. We had a very busy weekend with our daughters wedding but we had the chance to enjoy the property. Wendy was on site most of the time and she is very gracious and engaging. On our last evening there we had the time to enjoy ice cream by the fire pit with Wendy and their granddaughter. The house and property is beautiful and everything you could possibly need is readily available ad Wendy and John have thought of everything Stay here if you get a chance!
