Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Lancaster County

Suzi…..has been a great host despite of hosting only virtually but incredible person. From gecko she has pointed the safety and risks that comes with the booking to make sure are ok before approving the booking. That shows integrity and honesty and respect for the guests and not focusing only on money. Thank you for that! We had a great experience where Suzi has responded to our questions very quickly and promptly. Being available like that I appreciate it. I really appreciated when we saw a small amount of sweets for kids and honestly expected at a small extra charge but Suzi mentioned that is free and if we still need more she will provide. Wow! Very clean and well equipped for a family. I loved the decor and the design of the interior and I am a difficult person to impress as I work in the construction field where I design a lot interiors. Suzi, thank you again for your service and hospitality!

The perfect house for a long weekend with friends. We very comfortably fit six adults and five kids (ages 5, 4, 2, 1 and 1). So well equipped for families with a crib in the master bedroom and tons of toys and games. Lots of places to hang out from the beautiful screened in porch to the open layout upstairs and game room downstairs. The location is incredible… a front yard full of horses (you’re living amongst the farms) and a very short drive to the activities we chose. Highly recommend checking out Cherry Crest Farm, Strasbourg train and Dutch Wonderland. Across the street from the house is an Amish stand with fresh baked goods and strawberries. For food, Lancaster Brewing co was fantastic as well as Speckled Hen. Can’t wait to come back!

Anne and Chris are both incredible hosts! We have stayed at Cambridge Meadows two years in a row now, and have had an incredible experience both times. It’s close enough to so many restaurants and activities, but the bnb is also nice enough to be able to stay in and hang out there, so there’s a good balance of both!

This country location is beautiful and peaceful. The house was well stocked. We loved having a fire in the fire pit out back. Worked well for multiple family members staying there. Kevin and Wyonna were very responsive to an issue and took care of it right away. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing time staying at Vanessa’s place. She goes above and beyond to provide everything that anyone could need and more including extra razors, q tips, and even local goodies. It was so clean and had enough room for my sister’s wheelchair to get through easily. We loved having the shower chair, grab bars, ramp, and wide spaces. Snickers, the cat, and all of the farm animals added an extra special touch to the trip. We came here to go to Sight and Sound and ended up going to so many places because of how local Vanessa’s place is to everything. We cannot wait to come back and spend more time in this gem. Vanessa is a great host that knows how to keep her guests happy and feel right at home in the space. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. The fire pit area was so cute, even though we didn’t get a chance to use it. It was close to the places we were going to but out of the busyness of Lancaster.

Ruth’s home was very comfortable. The house was spotless and as pictured. Little extras like coffee, treats and a variety of spices were provided. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed the surrounding attractions and shopping. We will be back.

This is our third time staying here. That should say it all. If your don't feel comfortable you don't go back. We will probably be back again next year.

Beautiful space with lots of amenities…and omg the best shower and soaking tub ever! Immaculate place with a gracious host who was super responsive and friendly. Cant imagine a better space to spend time in Lancaster!

Beautiful air b and b - my husband and I spent the night of our wedding at this location and found it so relaxing with the hot tub, the bed was so comfortable and I fell asleep in an instant.

This place was exactly as described. Very clean and the host was extremely kind. Would definitely return!

This place was our first Airbnb experience and it exceeded expectations. The apartment is clean, very nicely decorated, modern, and homey. To add to that Linette surprised us with snacks, plastic cutlery, paper plates and paper bowl options, as well as real plates for the choice. We were able to use the combo toaster oven/convection oven to cook some chicken for lunch so that was nice. To add to all of this our car experienced a huge hiccup upon departure at 6:45 am and Linette and her husband hurried out to meet us (although we both hoped it would be on different circumstances), and helped us with what we needed after YouTubing haha. The little farm with chickens, a baby goat named Sully was just the icing on the cake. Our daughter loved it as did her cousin whom we had with us as well. They are 15 to provide reference. So it was fun for all. THANK YOU again.

Modern, beautifully decorated unit with great privacy. Views are amazing, so wide, expansive and peaceful. You can watch sunrise and sunset from the balcony! You can see people passing on the side street in their horse and buggies. The outdoor seats are very comfortable. The bed is comfortable too. Matt is a phenomenal host, his response time is super quick, he is very helpful and accommodating.

Randall and Wilma were incredibly gracious hosts. I had a short stay for a wedding and they helped me get settled, gave me recommendations around the area, and made check in seamless. Wish I had more time to actually walk around the property and absorb the view (it’s truly a family owned farm and probably the most peaceful, quietest stays I’ve ever had) and chat more with them. They really went out of their way to make you feel at home and welcomed.

Amazing Airbnb, Jane was very easy to communicate with and flexible on our check out which helped a lot with our little ones. Would highly recommend her as a host and staying at her apartment. Was also very clean and had a toy room which my daughter loved!

We were looking for a last minute family trip to Lancaster for a train ride and to visit an Amish farm. We were traveling with our 4 children under 5 and Dorothy was extremely accommodating. She offered us fresh milk from their cows and kept it raw by special request due to some of our kids lactose intolerance from pasteurized milk. The fresh bread and jam, eggs from their hens which we could see outside our kitchen window, made the homestead life seem so simple lovely and enjoyable (I’m sure it takes a lot of hard work to keep up with - they do a phenomenal job and I was so grateful to share a small moment of that). They provided a crib and an extra mattress on the floor for our kids. The space was cozy, very clean and we felt right at home. It rained for a little while we were there and Dorothy had legos and books available which the kids enjoyed. When it wasn’t raining we were able to walk their beautiful property. The kids really enjoyed the tree swing, playground and trampoline.

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend. Location is beautiful. Cabin is perfectly simple and thoughtfully supplied. We loved the decks, the birds, the creek and rain sounds. We had a point of confusion on check in and Susan was responsive and kind. We both very much hope we can visit again.

The Cabin is like something out of a dream book!! This place is just so wonderful and so beautiful. My room was absolutely "the best". Cozy and spacious. Mattress & bedding is like sleeping on the clouds!! We loved every room. It was safe and it was very very clean. I just cant express how much I loved staying there. I would most definitely tell people of this "heaven" in the woods. It is so peaceful, the birds are cheerping, and its just so quiet. This the perfect weekend serene getaway. Such amazing and warm host, so we had the most delicious chocolate chip muffins welcoming us. This is an absolute wonderful place!! Must try

Donny and Michelle's lovingly landscaped cabin exceeded our expectations! We arrived to find fresh cookies on the table and eggs in the refrigerator. Their cabin was tastefully furnished, very clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay a pleasant one. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms accommodated five adults easily. The rural setting was very peaceful, with a delightful screened porch, a bold creek in the back and a lovely sitting patio out front. We enjoyed morning & evening walks along the rural roads, birdwatching, and acquiring fresh vegetables from nearby farms. It's an easy and beautiful drive to many local points of interest. We could not believe how lucky we were to have found their home for our Sisters and Cousins reunion. Donny and Michelle were very responsive and thoughtful as hosts and their kindness and graciousness really made our stay outstanding! We all would love to return. Thank you Donny and Michelle for a wonderful stay.

Stayed here in 2019 and again this week. Beautiful as ever, quaint and clean. My only criticism is the lights in the yard were not working and there was not a bulb in the back porch light so it was pitch black at night which made the outdoor area not as enjoyable as it could’ve been at night. Otherwise our stay was great.

This was our second stay at the Creek House - we loved it just as much as the first and are already planning to return again! The addition of a hot tub and e-bikes were a pleasant surprise :)

Nice clean cabin. Quiet area. I walked the dogs in the tent camping area but no one else was there at the time. Outside garbage can available. A/c worked good. cooked on the outdoor grill. An indoor cooking area would have been better in the rain. The restaurant Park Place was wonderful and very close.
