La mia casa, nella splendida cala Guitgia, la più grande, attrezzata spiaggia dell'isola, è a 2 passi (30 mt) dal mare. E' composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con un divano letto a 2 posti ( largh. 150), adatto ad accogliere 2 bambini o 1 altro adulto, un bagno con doccia e di una cucina superattrezzata. La cosa più bella: una ampia terrazza coperta bene arredata dove passare ore di relax e fermarsi a pranzo ed a cena. Si ha la possibilità di usufruire di un barbecue.

Staying in Casa Nanda gives you the opportunity to enjoy the uncontaminated nature of Linosa island without giving up the pleasure of having every day comfort. The house is surrounded by a 1000 square metre garden, which is rich in typical Mediterranean lush, capers, agaves, prickly pears and oleanders. A few minutes walk from the house, you can reach the bay of Mannarazza, one of the easiest places to enter the sea, which is characterised by lavic rocks, undersea caves and a wonderful seabed.

A two-story building is illuminated at night, showcasing warm lighting along its exterior. Surrounding vegetation is visible, complemented by a gravel path leading to the entrance. Several windows are present, allowing glimpses of the interior, and the starry sky enhances the peaceful atmosphere.

Dario and Emanuel (the cousins) will happily host you in their apartment. Recently renovated, it is very cozy and comfortable, and its proximity to the beach makes it unique (Cala Guitgia area, about 30 m from the sea). La villa composta da tre camere da letto matrimoniali, due bagni, due saloni, due cucine. All’esterno due patii, uno vista mare con un tavolo da pranzo, l’altro, con divani e poltrone è la zona relax a servizio di una delle camere. Il bellissimo giardino mediterraneo con doccia esterna, barbecue e un gazebo in muratura a strapiombo sul mare con un grande tavolo da pranzo, completano la villa. L’accesso privato al mare rende Villa Levante un vero gioiello. Transfer compreso.
