The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. You have the upper floor all to yourself - perfect for exploring from it. Close to Munich and the picturesque Allgäu, very close to the medieval town of Landsberg - you are within walking distance of the train station or by car directly on the B17 and A96 highways. Kaufering itself offers you everything life needs - from restaurants to supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, everything within walking distance. The accommodation offers you a nice quiet area!

Our house is located on the quiet outskirts of Wiedergeltingen. Munich, Neuschwanstein, Augsburg, Legoland Günzburg, or the Allgäu mountains are 50 minutes away by car. Or would you rather go to the Kaltenberg Knight's Games? You can get there in 30 minutes. The Skyline Park and the spa in Bad Wörishofen are 10 minutes away. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or a bike tour. You can park your car in front of the house on our property for free.
