We rent an attractive and spacious 3-room apartment in a well-kept 2-family house in Klagenfurt. The apartment is in an extremely convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the train station, the fairgrounds and the city center. Ideal for commuters, trade fair visitors or city lovers! The lake can also be reached within minutes by bike. The apartment also has a TV with SKY, so you can easily enjoy movies, TV channels or sports for free.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. Our three apartments are excellent as a central starting point for hikes in the Karawanken or bike rides on the Drauradweg. You can walk, stroll, feel good and relax in max. 30 min. all known places on Lake Wörthersee such as Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel, etc.
