The apartment is located directly on the golf course in a locked area, which can only be accessed via a code through a large gate. Parking is available right by the house. The apartment can be reached at ground level. It is modernly decorated and practical. The surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed it very much.

We were welcomed in a pleasant way by the owner. She gave us some regional products as a welcome gift. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. However, it is useful to bring extra bath towels and tea towels. The surroundings are definitely worth it and the beach very close.

Philip and Annette’s place was a great place to spend our 5 nights in Dinan. Situated in the middle of the Historic Centre everything is at your doorstep. They were excellent hosts allowing us to check in early and responding quickly to our messages. Also left lots of extras in the apartment to make our stay enjoyable including a bottle of wine snacks and all the condiments you need if you want to eat in. Lots of space comfortable bed great bathroom. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we go back to Dinan highly recommended!

The accommodation is faithful to the description with little touches that make the difference (small treats, jams, orange juice, etc.) Impeccable and very well-equipped accommodation as well as comfortable bedding +++ the spa bath a real little plus with a bathroom also very well equipped (hair dryer and straightener). pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment with stunning views of the lake. we would definitely recommend this place.

It was a very pleasant stay with you, Thierry. You welcomed us humorously and kindly and with Erqui we found a very quiet place and had the beautiful view of the harbor. Accommodation as described, the location directly in the center of BINIC allows you to go eat or have a drink. We really enjoyed our stay to visit the pink granite coast which is located 45 minutes away by car.

We had a great time in Erquy in Pascale's beautiful apartment. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable, and absolutely nothing was missing. (apart from WiFi, however my partner and I did not need it) — Pascale even thought of different small touches beyond the necessary. She was very responsive, warm and caring, even taking the time to write to us to make sure we arrived safely. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! My partner and I highly recommend them. Very well located apartment, in the city center of Dinan. Very clean and functional! Parking nearby, cheap (about €5 per day). I would highly recommend it for those who want to visit Dinan and its surroundings!

We rented Philippe's apartment at the foot of Rosaires beach from May 28 to June 1, 25. We have nothing to complain about, everything was clean, tidy, practical, impeccable bedding! Plenty of storage. The smell of linens is lovely. Everything is very well explained about the functionality of the accommodation. We really enjoyed the exchange with the host. Possibility of mountain bike tours. Be careful though, you have to be quite athletic!(Do some cardio)! It's climbing! Otherwise, there is the long walk along the beach and the GR next to it.
