During the winter period, the house being located at 900 m and being isolated, it is strongly advised that you be equipped.

The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

We're excited to welcome you to our typical Ardèche Verte home. The 40 m2 accommodation is independent (private entrance) and refurbished. It is attached to our home. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room (TV/Wi-Fi), a bathroom (shower/toilet) as well as a cozy bed for a good night's sleep. Wake up in peace, you can enjoy walks and hikes (GR 42 at your feet), the river but also many activities (climbing, spa, safari...).

The apartment is completely independent. Access is via a picturesque path dug into the hillside. Small mountain house located 860 meters above sea level in the heart of an ecological project. The Refuge du Loir is 40 meters from our house and is accessed by a private path from the parking lot. There is a very large terrace to enjoy the view and the sun and everything you need inside for a good stay! PS: Following many negative comments about the road, we specify that this is a bumpy road but passable by car!
