"Super comfy, quiet getaway"

Newly renovated lower level one bedroom unit, with a separate coded side entrance and off street parking. It has a full kitchen aside from a stove but does have a microwave, toaster oven, hotplate and exterior gas grill. I am close to Crown Hill open space, Sloans Lake (Edgewater market + many restaurants), Morse Park, Golden, Red Rocks, Belmar outdoor shopping and 15 minutes to downtown Denver. Lightrail is nearby (with parking) and a multitude of hiking trails. 1 hour to Loveland Ski area.

My family and I booked Billy’s house for my college graduation and it was better than we could have imagined! The house felt like home even though we only stayed 2 nights. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you might need. Billy was very accommodating and kind during our booking process and throughout the time we stayed. There is a cute back yard and the house is steps away from City Park which is very beautiful and has so much to offer. I’d recommend Billy’s home without hesitation to anyone visiting the area!

Great place to stay. The air bnb has everything we needed. A plus was plenty of towels (we are a family of 6). Washer and dryer was helpful as well. He had tons of blankets, blow up mattress and pack n play as well. This place has plenty of room to move around and sleep. We have 4 children youngest is 18 months and oldest is 13 and every one of them has something here to keep them entertained and having a good time. The lake was awesome. Definitely I great place to stay with family

This was a great location very near Sloan's Lake and the adjacent parks/restaurants. The house was perfect for two couples since there are two nearly equivalent bedrooms and bathrooms and seating for 5-6 people in the living room if you have a guest or two over. The kitchen and dining area were clean and modern. The hosts quality coffee beans, a bottle of sparkling water, and some bare necessities that were nice to not have to purchase (condiments, sweetener, etc.). I would highly recommend this AirBnb and would use it again on future trips to Denver.

My family of six adults stayed here for a wedding weekend. The rooms were all decent size and there were enough utensils, cups, and towels for the whole family. This is an older home with steep stairs to the 2nd level and the basement, but it was fine for us. The bathrooms were small but functional. The place was easy to find, and Victoria was responsive and helpful to let us check in early. It is a quiet neighborhood about 5-10 minutes from strip mall dining and shopping, but we were only in town for the wedding and not for sightseeing in downtown Denver. When we did go downtown, it was about a 30 minute drive without major traffic. One small issue we had was a beeping smoke detector that required new batteries, and Victoria's husband came to check in a few hours later to ensure everything was resolved. Overall, this was a nice place to rest our heads for our trip.

We had a fantastic visit and really enjoyed the location of the Airbnb. The space was perfect for the 4 of us and we definitely took advantage of the fact that there is so much to do. We packed a lot into our visit…hiked Flat Irons in Boulder, shopped and ate at several local restaurants on Tennyson and also went to Red Rocks for an amazing concert. The location of Todd’s apartment made all of this possible. As far as the space, it was perfect and Todd was so helpful and responsive. His wife even made cranberry and dark chocolate sourdough bread that she gave us along with butter so we could enjoy that with our morning coffee! Thank you for making my daughter’s graduation trip so memorable!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb across from Sloan’s Lake! The apartment looked exactly like the photos—clean, stylish, and very well appointed with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better—perfect for a peaceful morning walk around the lake, and we especially enjoyed winding down in.the evening with a glass of wine on the private patio.
