Cozy 3-room apartment of 50 m², on the 1st floor of a typical building, ideally located on the central square of the village of Saint-Étienne-de-Tinée. Close to all shops (small supermarket, local products cooperative, tobacco press, bakery, pizzeria, restaurants, pharmacy, laundromat...) 300 m from the Pinatelle ski lift to get directly to the heart of the Auron ski slopes. 200 m from the Plan d'Eau and Bois des Lutins Leisure Park Free parking facilities.

You can access the pleasures of the mountain, summer and winter: the bus/shuttle stop to access the station is a few meters away and the apartment is very close to the GR5 hiking trail.

The accommodation is close to the village square with all its amenities (bakery, supermarket, bar, kindergarten, tourist office...) and a 5-minute walk to the Pinatelle ski lift (connecting to the Auron ski area) and the lake. On the edge of Mercantour Park, St Etienne-de-Tinée offers many hikes from the village and surroundings. A 10-minute drive is enough to reach Auron resort and its many activities.

In this studio with bedroom area, you will be 50 m from the start of the cable car that takes you directly to the Auron ski area to fully enjoy winter sports. Ideally located 5 minutes' walk from shops, restaurants and the leisure center with its lake and summer games, 200 m from bus stop 91. You will find all the essentials for a pleasant stay in the mountains.
