"The Woods" Container | Pickleball | Rooftop Patio

WilliamRating, 5 stars1 day ago
I thought we'd have a fun time roughing it a little in a container home, but these homes have all the comfort and conveniences of most apartments I've stayed in. AC was cool, the shower and kitchen worked great, wifi and a TV. Felt like a hotel. Its also really nice being right around the corner from Homestead Heritage, make sure you stop over there for some coffee and to check out the market.

Had a very last minute accommodation and it was accepted! Stayed with no issues and it was a great nights sleep after a long haul of driving. I usually sleep in my van but I needed a break and it was very well worth it

Excellent location and place to stay. Jerry and Linda have done a marvelous job decorating and making you feel right at home. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and kitchen is amply supplied. The back yard is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful, with lots of birds and if you are lucky a few ducks as well. Mark their place on your calendar and enjoy and lovely place to stay.

Plenty of parking. House is at the end of a quiet street, very secluded. There are 3 bedrooms and the long dining table downstairs. The 2 bunk rooms, kitchen and smaller dining table upstairs. Loved our stay. We are a family with 4 kids and we stayed here with another family with three kids. There was so much room and the play area was absolutely perfect! We are actually staying here again in a couple of months when we come down for football season and couldn’t be more excited!

Country Getaway

The location is prime if you're looking to be close to state parks and hike (like I did)! The home is situated on a beautiful property that's extremely quiet and peaceful. Elsie was a lovely and wonderful host, and I'd recommend her home to anyone looking for a spot to stay in the area. Everything was clean and well-organized; I couldn't have found a better place to stay than this one!
An open living area is highlighted by hardwood floors and exposed wooden beams. Two gray sofas are arranged around a round coffee table on a textured rug. A ceiling fan and modern lighting fixtures enhance the spacious feel, while a glimpse of the kitchen area is visible in the background.

Green Door Lofts-Waco Rose - Silos/Downtown

JenRating, 5 stars8 months ago
From the moment we arrived at the Green Door Lofts, we felt at home. We stayed in the Waco Rose loft. It was equipped with everything we needed. Jim even made sure there were extra toothbrushes and toiletries, just in case we forgot something. He met us upon arrival and gave us recommendations for local restaurants, showed us around the property, and pointed out local landmarks. The loft was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable with extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen had a water cooler and icemaker, which made the stay even more comfortable. The attached parking garage was also a huge plus! On our next return visit to Waco, we will definitely be staying at the Green Door lofts again!

Rosa Linda Studio-walk downtown-centrally located

AprilRating, 5 stars3 months ago
The hosts take care of their place. Make it very comfortable and easy. The place is right downtown and easy to get to all the downtown activities. We walked all weekend long except when we went to Dinosaur Valley. The one thing is it’s located on a main row so if you are alight sleeper the travelers might disturb your sleeping a little bit. We stayed Friday through Sunday and my husband said that Friday was a bit busy on the road. Other than that it is a fantastic spot and highly recommend. We are already planning our next trip and bringing the kids.
A seating area features two brown leather sofas and two matching recliners arranged around a central table. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, with wooden paneling enhancing the room's design. Soft overhead lighting illuminates the space, creating a cozy atmosphere.

Stay in the heart of Downtown Waco!

RachaelRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We loved our stay. It's a five minute walk to Magnolia, super close to restaurants and a cute bookstore, and peaceful at night. Our last night there, we sat in their camp chairs on the deck (it's small) and ate dinner, talking until midnight. We did have an unexpected, tiny issue and the host quickly responded. Problem solved. We'd go back tomorrow if we could.
