we stayed at Liz and Gary’s place for 2 nights. it’s an awesome place to live with beautiful views and your own private space. the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need - all the spices, and even butter and eggs. there was also a bottle of complimentary wine, fruits, chocolate, and salmon! you can also see stars through the skylight on a clear night. it was a real delight. thank you for having us!

It was an amazing stay!! The views were everything. Saw the sunset and woke up to a beautiful sunrise too. Loved the skylights in the room too. Everything was exceptional and we loved each and every second we spent there! Totally worth it 🥰

We have had the best stay here and highly recommended to anyone looking for an escape to relax and spend quality time with someone. The outdoor bath was so nice and stayed hot overnight into the day we only had to relight the fire once. We purchased the breakfast package on top and it was such a great idea we really indulged all weekend and felt so treated! Everything about the decor and thought that has gone into it just ticked all our boxes we will be back! We stayed here in really stormy rain and wind so the indoor outdoor concept wasn’t ideal but none the less a very fun glamping experience and we love the idea. A lot of thought and love had been put into this place definitely worth the trip.

Twizel was seemingly just a small stop in a 2.5 week NZ vacation, but Jana’s cabin made it truly unforgettable! It’s so lovely to have such a large and warm space when visiting a new town. Close to town center and walking distance from the beautiful Twizel River reserve. Thank you for making our time in Twizel so special! ♥️

Fantastic place to stay! Located close to Lake Tekapo and lots of other beautiful locations. The house is in a dark sky area and without clouds would offer spectacular views of the night sky whilst enjoying the hot tub. We had everything we needed and would highly recommend this quirky house and had great fun exploring the area and playing the games in the upstairs room. Thank you so much 😊

Incredible little haven near Twizel. Toni and David had thought of everything, lighting the fire so the hut was warm for our arrival, getting our baths ready under the stars. They went above and beyond. Outstanding place and outstanding hosts.
