Mount Sunapee is just around the corner (2 minute drive) and offers many fun activities for the whole family. Including zip lines, mtn biking and much more. Sunapee State beach is also within walking distance or just a short drive away. Offers large sandy beach. This rustic cottage is a perfect place to make memories with family and friends.

Three cottages, each with lake view and shared dock, on pristine, quiet Sand Pond are perfect for a family gathering. Three cottages for one rental, offering privacy and indoor and outdoor space for being together. The main cottage sleeps four, has a full kitchen and a screened-in porch; the two studio cottages have kitchenettes and sleep two. It is not ideal for very young children or those who have difficulty walking up and down hill on uneven ground. 8.5% NH Meals & Rental tax applies.

The cottage design utilizes a small footprint while offering functionality and basic comforts, including a small kitchen. Great for all seasons, close to Okemo, Sunapee, Ascutney and other worthy attractions. Hiking and snowshoeing options at your front door. Secrete fishing and swimming holes located on the property. Boat dock available upon request.

Snowshoe, skate, ice fish, cross country ski on the frozen pond during winter and enjoy downhill at Mt Sunapee just 8 min away or just relax by the wood stove!! Newly Renovated Cozy Studio Private Apartment

The purpose for us renting this apartment is to offer an affordable, clean, relaxing, and Private stay in Newbury. This apartment is perfect for guests who need a resting point after skiing, hiking, or exploring nearby attractions. The apartment is NOT for those who need resort amenities. We maintain the apartment ourselves and are unable to offer 5-star Resort accommodations, but instead, we offer you an affordable nice cozy private apartment hosted by very gracious and generous hosts.

Yurt In The Woods - Private Refuge

The Yurt In The Woods is 30 ft in diameter which offers 700 spacious sq. ft. It's surrounded by trees and has a yard. 2 night stays required for all Weekends. I require at least a two night stay for the whole month of October. There is a "one" night stay fee of $40 Allowed 2 dogs with the agreement to my animal policy & $50 fee WiFi 1,000 megabits per second a fiber network Outdoor Gas Grill , Outdoor Fire Circle, and Outdoor Shower available May - October

Post and Beam Guest Studio on NH scenic byway

Our guest studio is close to Lake Sunapee, Mount Sunapee, Pleasant Lake and Otter Pond. You can snow shoe from the front door and skiing, hiking, boating, shopping are minutes away from our quiet home on a New Hampshire scenic byway. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 1 or two small children are welcome. We have a small sofa bed and a pack and play sleeper in addition to a king bed with a luxury mattress.

Come enjoy the summer at our beautiful secluded lake house in New Hampshire! Swim, fish, kayak right in our backyard! Enjoy a good night with friends and family sitting around the fire, roasting marshmallows and watching the beautiful stars or play some games inside our rustic cottage. Activities in the area include Newfound lake, hiking, golf, winery, NH rail trail, entertainment complex. Sheets, towels and other necessities provided.
