Quaint home with a homey feel. It was the perfect getaway spot with a responsive and amazing owner. Would highly recommend and well worth the stay. The peace and serenity of the home only add to the nature and openness surrounding the property. I can’t say enough about how amazing the stay and Dylan was!

We love the library! Stayed here 4 times now. It's a special place filled with history, in a beautiful area with quite a bit to do nearby. The fireplace is lovely and cozy, the bed is super comfortable, the kitchenette has everything you need, and we love that it's dog friendly too. There were even some toys for our pup to enjoy during our stay. Highly recommend for a unique and special getaway!

We had a wedding to attend at The Barn on the Pemi. Vikis place is literally only a 4 min drive away! Great place to stay for any event here. Very peaceful !

Loved this house. Beautiful views and neighborhood. Lovely to walk the surrounding area. Rare and important, all the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked and set up for cooking. Be aware that the kitchen is set up with seating at the center island for 4 in a row, but there is no dining table. So if you are more than 4, someone stands or sits separately in the living area for meals. Beyond that, we found everything as described and look forward to returning!

My childhood friend and I had a nice reunion 4 day stay at the end of September so we could take a King Arthur class. We really enjoyed the hideaway beauty of the rustic cottage and its peaceful surroundings. Jane proactively reminded us that the cottage is unheated, so we brought warm sleeping clothes; still a couple of mornings were quite chilly. We felt like we were glamping.

This is the second time we've stayed at Kym's house. We love the historic character and quirky features of the house. Kym and Bob are great hosts and always responsive. The house is so close to Sunapee and Ragged Mountains, so it's the perfect spot for a ski getaway. Love to come back to the fireplaces after a day of skiing!

This was our second time staying. The place is clean, great location and exactly as described. Will stay here again.

This is an ideal setting for a relaxing, peaceful get away, particularly if accompanied by a water loving pooch. Sitting by the fire pit the first night, listening to the loons took me back to my youth in northern Wisconsin. The house is small, but with the large deck and lakeside fire pit, you probably won't be spending much time indoors anyway. The house doesn't have heat, but on the one chilly night we had the space heater was plenty to keep us toasty. This is definitely a place where we can see outselves doing a return visit.

Loved staying at Henniker Manor. Amenities listed were all included and area was clean and neat. Bedrooms were satisfactory and kitchen was large and clean as well. Host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay at Henniker Manor!

This is a beautiful property tucked away in the hills of farmland above Norwich. It was perfect for an extended family getaway. Kids loved the pool, ping-pong table and pool table and we loved cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. Great little hike with outstanding views about 20 minutes away on Gile Mountain.

Had such an amazing time at the cabin! Dan was an exceptional host. The location is great and close to very good mountains, gas stations nearby and local shops. We will definitely be back!!!!

Jenna' place was great! Nice open and comfy feel to the living room and dining room. The kitchen was well stocked and really clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were cozy. I would definitely recommend Jenna's home.

We had a lovely long stay at Melanie's house! We are already thinking of when we can come back :) Melanie is a terrific host- warm, responsive, helpful and caring. The house is super comfy, spacious and welcoming (for human and animal guests alike)! The area is also so lovely- the local residents are super friendly. People say "Hi!" and smile when they pass you on the path or trails here :). I cannot say enough wonderful things. We are grateful to have found Melanie's house and made some great memories here. Thank you, Melanie, for an amazing stay.

We stayed in Jill's house for a ladies' weekend away, centered around the Covered Bridges Half Marathon. The house was easy to find, as described, and a convenient 5-10 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go all weekend. The driveway was easy to navigate, even with the 4 cars we ended up arriving in. Jill was quick to respond with answers to any questions. The house was clean, spacious and cozy, with plenty of space to hang out both indoors and out. The beds were comfortable, and the small amenities including paper towels, laundry detergent, bug spray, etc., were nice to have on hand. Would stay again!

We stayed at Ryan's place with our young family during school winter vacation. The space was beautiful and clean and the view of the lake across the street was stunning. We got snowed in for about 24 hours of our stay due to a big winter storm and appreciated having space for our kids to play indoors (the bunk beds were a hit). When the weather cleared we were an easy drive of some fun winter attractions like tubing and ice castles.

Can't beat this location! Came to ski at Sunapee and it was around a 6 min drive to the mountain. House sits right on the lake too which was a beautiful view. Justin a was very responsive and proactive host!

Had a wonderful time at the cabin can’t wait to book again. The space heaters came in handy as it got cold at night. Plenty of water there for us to use, and extra camp wood for a fire. It was a beautiful, peaceful, quiet place to rest and be in nature in so glad we could have this experience.

Had a great stay! Loved the cabin (was larger than I expected from the photos), was easy to find and Lisa was extremely responsive with any questions. Spent the day skiing at Sunapee and was an easy drive to the cabin. Would happily return!

Siding was very communicative throughout the entire process. My family enjoyed the cottage to ring in the New Year together. We had such a peaceful time. The house was just as described. We were lucky with weather and were able to enjoy a New Year’s Eve hike with great views

With our busy schedules we felt a breath of relief right when we arrived. The area was so quiet and scenic. Great place to have your dog hang out and enjoy. When we got to meet the owner, he was super chill and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend for a relaxing breath of fresh air.

We really enjoyed staying here! Clean and well organized. Has everything and more for a comfortable stay. Craig is a great host, helpful and responsive. Pond view is wonderful!
