Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

The A-Frame - Luxurious Cabin w/ Sauna on 80 acres

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. Built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. It's a private guesthouse entirely separate from main house. Perfect for social distancing. Easy check in at anytime. Restaurants/businesses are within walking distance. This unit does not have a kitchen but will include a personal fridge and microwave. This space is perfect for those staying a few nights to a week. Same day/last minute bookings are accepted! Additional amenities may be included for those who choose to stay longer. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES!

Many attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the Sounder train to downtown Seattle or Mukilteo town.

Relax with the whole family at this Everett home in a peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy local restaurants and sights nearby. The home has all the essentials with parking, cozy bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Pets are welcome but can’t stay on sofa/beds and small family gatherings are welcome at no extra cost if kept under control with no more than 10 people. If the home is left beyond normal cleaning, an extra charge up to 200 may apply.
